My experience has always been a good one up until today. I phone ordered take-out food for a group of co-workers and put my reputation on the line recommending Pueblo Real. When I got back to work the order was wrong missing several items ordered and one ordered item in addition was not even placed. So then Im dealing with unhappy and hungry co-workers who have a limited time for lunch. I usually give an establishment an opportunity to make it right as I have been in management before and always appreciated the same opportunity. The manager Jesus Perez was arrogant and unwilling to compensate for the inconvenience of making me go back to the restaurant and pick up what was missing from the order. He doesnt seem to realize how this is going to hurt his establishment if he does not change his attitude. Just because business is good does not guarantee continued success. Not only am I going to discourage my friends and family from going to this place, I am going to shout it from the rooftops and to any one I cross paths with. Not good Jesus!

Been there maybe 5 times in 5 years. Had to consider 3 stars but am giving it 4 because the food is quite tasty. My problem is how darn LOUD this place is when it is crowded; I mean this is the loudest restaurant I have ever been to, anywhere, when there are lot of people. I understand it is not their fault, but when I have to strain to hear what the people at my table are saying it affects how much I enjoy the experience. Just the other day we were coming back into Franklin from Liepers Fork on Friday night and I suggested to my wife that we go there, because we were going to be going right by there. She reminded me how loud it is, and for that reason we did not go. However when we drove by it was absolutely packed with cars so obviously most folks dont mind this!

We were traveling for work and decided to get dinner. Looked up Mexican food and decided to give this small restaurant a try. It had old school charm and a family ran vibe. We both decided on the steak fajitas and within a few minutes had the big heaping mound of fajitas delivered to the table. The portions were both more than either of us big eaters could eat so we had to get to go boxes. By far some of the best fajitas we had ever eaten . The staff was very friendly and the chips and salsa were good too. It was such a good experience that I had to put this review in. We both highly recommend it if your ready for good food.

Was expecting standard Mexican fare, and it was choose but just enough extra flavor to put this on my top Mexican places to eat. Fresh hot chips instead of older stale that too often come from other places was the first indicator we were going to be happy. Food was great, and we got a flan for dessert, which was do much better than many others. It didnt have the hardened layer that indicates too much time sitting out that again so many places have. Definitely a step above the classic Mexican restaurants.

The best Mexican food weve found in the Nashville area. We come from Houston Texas and have had a very hard time finding the perfect Mexican food to remind us of home. Every time we go the owner himself always comes by the table to say hello, shake your hand or hug our new born baby. Ive never had bad service and they are always very fast and friendly. Weve been on very busy Sundays and not so busy Monday afternoons and they always do an excellent all around job!

Seems like there are mexican restaurants everywhere but Pueblo Real in Franklin is the "Real Deal" and great family place for dinner. The food is always so fresh and tasty, and the service is stellar, plus their prices are moderate to low and very fair for what you get. I recommend the Pollo Verde highly and get it every time I go. Look for the daily specials and dont forget to log in at the screen up front by the cash register to earn free stuff!

Even since moving away, Im STILL recommending this restaurant to anyone I know who might be visiting the Nashville / Franklin area. Once you eat here, be prepared to be disappointed eating any other Mexican food, because it will NEVER compare. Its just THAT good. If you live in the area and havent eaten here yet, youre a fool. If youre just visiting and you dont eat here, youre an even BIGGER fool! Seriously delicious, authentic Mexican food.

This is the best mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The cheese dip is the best in Nashville. They add fresh jalepenos by request! Malindas Plate, Pollo Verde and Pollo Santa Fe are so delicious. I have never been disappointed. The service is great but they are always very busy. The tables are small but it is a pretty small restaurant so it is worth it!

Wonderful Catering Service!!!! I am the hospitality chairperson for Independence High School PTSO board. We had a teacher luncheon on April 18th for 180 teachers and staff. Pueblo Real provided all the meat (beef and chicken) and queso for our Taco Tuesday luncheon! It was fantastic food and very well done for such a huge order. Highly recommend!

The food is fantastic! I love the tacosThe service is great, they are always so polite. And the margaritas are fantastic! My husband and I love coming to Pueblo for date night every chance that we get. Pueblo is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Franklin. Also, the flaming queso with chorizo is delicious!

Ive been coming to Pueblo Real ever since it opened really. Ive grew up here and whenever I think of Mexican food this is what I think of. Chile Colorado is amazing if youre a spice junky like me. Nachos are top notch and I havent ever had a fajita I didnt like here. All around great quality.

The food is authentic and excellent! The service is far beyond anything i have experienced at similar restaurants. The staff will greet you with love and one hell of a margarita! I go there at least 3 times a week.....they even have a nick name for me "El Hefe Grande" the big boss!

Its hit or miss. I usually get there around 9 pm. I have been served immediately and have waited for 30+ minutes for drink orders... Like a beer and diet coke. They paid for my food without me asking, so thats something. So far 50/50. Nice staff when you get them.

This place is the missing link for me to get good Mexican southwest of Nashville. Burrito Colorado is delicious! The "spicey" cheese dip is not something to skip. Ask nicely and theyll give you some great spicy salsa (their standard salsa is a bit bland for my taste).

LOVE!! My wife and I come once a week and it never gets old. Always amazing. Wonderful staff, incredible selection, delicious food, large portions, REAL chips and the best Salsa in middle TN. Youll have to leave the state to find a better Mexican restaurant!!
