My brother, my niece and I were at this place on Saturday. My brother and I ordered steak and shrimp fajitas and my niece ordered LP special. Our food arrived and fajitas and shrimp looked very very dried(almost crunchy). Fajitas looked like its been preserved from some other day and being served now another means looked like a leftover food. Shrimps were the same way they were looking like frozen shrimps. My nieces food was I think OK because she didnt say anything about hers. Just so you can compare go dine at Casa Fiesta on Bell Road order Fajitas and then some other day come to Las Palmas on Old Hickory and order fajitas as well. You will see the difference on the foods quality. Service was good, inside of the restaurant was beautiful and clean but our food was less than bad. The day after, my brother and I were sick(diarrhea) but I couldnt say for sure their food was the reason.

matt has lost his mind. Rosepeppers is overpriced "mexican" for ritzy people. Palmas is great. The food is good. Maybe its not great but its definitely not "crap". Speedy G will cost you less than five dollars and its a good meal. This place is perfect for someone on a budget but doesnt want to go to the nasty fast food places. I give it 4 out 5 because although the food isnt "top notch" it certainly is good and you cant beat the price.

Probably the worse food Ive EVER had. How anyone can eat here is beyond me. The mushrooms are straight out of a can, the cheese is plastic processed crap, and my whole plate of "food" was obviously blasted in the microwave before it hit the table. Terrible, just terrible. You want mexican food, go to Rosepepper, and no I dont have any affiliation with Rosepepper, theyre just a LOT better than this dump.

I dont understand why this location is so bad. Every time I try it I think it cant be as bad as I remember, but it is. Most Las Palmas locations in town are fantastic. This one always has slow, indifferent service. Chips are always stale and refills on drinks and salsa require several attempts to flag someone down while being studiously ignored.

Terrible not only does it take for ever but it wasnt even worth the wait. No pun intended see all my past reviews I give credit when its due. Literally the food wasnt even authentic Im Hispanic the rice wasnt even near authentic to me. I dont know who they are fooling with that flavor but I know it aint me ✌

We started going here because its super close to our house and its become our backup restaurant for when we dont want to cook. Its very affordable and while the food isnt out of this world, its always pretty tasty and Ive never been dissapointed. Definately recomend it if youre in the area.

Busy Friday night: We were seated immediately to a clean table with comfy seats. They gave prompt, friendly, professional service. The food: served quickly, perfect temp, excellent freshness and quality, and delicious. Dont listen to the bad reviews. This place rocks.

TERRIBLE. waited for an HOUR and NO FOOD EVER CAME. they said their system was down, so we were patient. when we asked when our food would be arriving, the waiter DIDNT KNOW WE HADNT GOTTEN IT YET. there were no more than 10 tables with customers. BULLSHIT

Great chain. El Torrero used to be my favorite but they closed and the owner works here ! Salsa desperately needs bits of Jalepeno in it so its a bit Hotter , a little bland now, Fix that and the place will be Greater than great !

The absolute nastiest food and margaritas ive ever had. After eating at Casa Fiesta I will never return to this Las Palmas ever. Its literally 2 min from my house but I would rather go across town for my REAL MEXICAN FOOD

Delicious cheap Mexican food, standard margaritas...if you enjoy hot salsa, ask for their homemade hot salsa. Sometimes it is more spicy than others & can be a bit of a surprise, but its fantastic!
