Tthe constant Mexican chatter among employees in the dining room is distracting and, frankly, rude. I am fluent in their language and was disgusted to hear them speaking about unwitting patrons as they were being served. My companions El Grande Burrito was hot on the edges but when he got to the center of the dish it was cold. He gave the plate back to a waitress who smirked, "Oh, youve eaten almost all of it." Not true. He refused a replacement dish and we left quietly but determined to never go back to what was once our favorite Mexican restaurant. Diners beware. Youre being evaluated and often mocked in this place. The food, at its best, isnt worth it.

Some of the items were good (Chorizo con Huevos) some were just OK. For Alabama, this a good Mexican restaurant. For a state like Texas, California or Arizona, it would get a "D" rating. I gagged trying to eat the fish taco. I hope theyre reading this. These are the ingredients of a REAL fish taco: Deep-fried whitefish, not grilled. Finely shredded cabbage, not lettuce pieces. Corn tortillas, not flour. If you want to be classy, a slice of avocado, never guacamole. The taco should be crunchy not mushy.

Best Mexican Restaurant in Decatur! I eat here way too often. Management and staff is friendly, and the food is top-notch. If there was ever an error, which is very rare, they always fix it. I recommend the Pollo Oaxaca; it is different from what you get at most area Mexican restaurant.

This has to be the best Mexican restaurant Ive been too. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The workers make you feel at home and one of the family. I recommend this place to everyone. You will leave full and happy. Oh. And those good looking managers are a plus. :).

Service was lacking at lunch. Took around 10 minutes to ge my water refilled and my food was wrong, but they did replace it with the correct order. The food itself was really fresh and delicious.

Waiter was great but everything came out cold and there was hair in my salsa. 10 min after leaving i was at the grocery store and rushed myself to the bathroom... I got sick ... Never again.

Fairly typical Mexican restaurant, but very well executed. The food is delicious. The service is friendly and attentive. Theres nothing earth-shaking about it, but it is a great place.

Not only is it my favorite Mexican restaurant in Decatur, it is my favorite restaurant in Decatur. Try the Pollo Oaxaca... Yum! :) Dont forget about that jalapeño ranch dip.
