Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Walking in the place looked run down and unclean. Ordered a margarita and it tasted like straight mix and no tequila. Was undrinkable and still charged me for it. Menu had very little to choose from. Ordered tamales with rice and beans. Uhhggg! Plate full of grease. Rice looked days old and dry. Beans had nasty film on top. Tamales was soo spicy hot could only stand a bite and again they charged me. Left hungry and mad. Hoping the health department inspects this place because after seeing the front I could only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I dont understand the good reviews on here unless it was good at a earlier time but I know now its a waste of money. Blah!!!!!!0

Smaller Mexican restaurant with a more limited staff than other places in town - but that doesnt stop them from cooking some really delicious dishes! The salsa (to me) is more hot than the other restaurants in Decatur, which isnt a bad thing. Lost on what to order? Try the "Happy Plate" special that has steak, shrimp, and grilled chicken on top of a bed of rice and cheese dip. Never disappoints :)

Good drink specials. Decatur has good Mexican food but this place is awful. I also tried to practice my Spanish with some of the staff and they refused to respond in Spanish. Normally I would chalk it up to them being busy but I was the only person in the restaurant. Drive by and ask yourself why the parking lot is empty...

Just stopped in to have a margarita and some cheese dip . Our hostess couldnt even speak, margarita tasted like it was watered down and after stirring the cheese dip with a chip we found a long black hair. Usually this place is better than that. Not sure if we will ever go back. If we do It will be a long time .

Juan and the gang are very gracious hosts that have made us feel like family. The #44 is the standard bearer for authentic fajitas. We stop by weekly, sometimes twice!
