The food was okay but the customer service was awful. My wife asked a question about the kids menu and was met with very unhelpful responses. When asking if its possible to have pancakes after the breakfast hour (since no where on the kids menu is it mentioned theres a time limit) the employee at the cash register responded to my wife, "Nope. Its our policy. It should be obvious to you." I was surprised at such a rude response from an honest question. Then, they forgot our drinks. When I went to get silverware, an employee simply gestured to a bin. I showed them an empty bin and it still took them a few minutes to fill it back up while my family sat waiting at the table. The store wasnt crowded so I was surprised how "off" the whole place felt. To its credit, it does have charming decor inside. Since other shops in Franklin are very high on customer service + charm (Pucketts, Merridees, etc) I was surprised the Deli was off. Maybe go as a couple, but dont bring a family. We certainly wont be returning.

Service was unbearable! We informed staff we were next to be seated and instead a party of four behind us seated themselves. We very politely let the staff aware and they said that party was simply temporarily checking out the acoustics and would get back in line. Of course they did not and then proceeded to be served by the same staff. We once again expressed our disappointment. I then stated to the other 3 members of our party we should just leave. I turned my back and was later informed the waiter FLIPPED ME OFF!!! I live in Franklin and have been going there for years but will NEVER go back. Just to let you know Im a professional who is close to being 50, was not rude and never raised my voice over the disappointment. Im EXTREMELY disappointed that an employee would use such a rude gesture in front of everyone else at the restaurant.

Before kids, my husband and I used to eat Breakfast here EVERY Saturday - my favorite: chocolate chip pancakes! We love it! After kids, just too tough to get out that often. However, we love a good date night on a Thursday or Friday with their fabulous deals - $40 we got an appetizer, two entrees, one bottle of wine, and a dessert.....SERIOUSLY! Gotta try the sweet potato pancakes as a side with your dinner- fabulous!!! For lunch I Love the tomato basil soup! It is so delicious and perfect on a cold day!

This deli is absolutely amazing!!! Today was my first experience i ordered daniels quesadilla and a side of pasta salad and didnt even eat half of it before i decided to leave this review. Ben took my order in a very professional and friendly manor and manager racheal (hope I spelled that right) was also very friendly and working hard to keep this place rolling so anyways i dont do this review thing hardly ever but this place is a must try if your in this area and looking for a good meal to keep you going.

Sorry to say the service has not improved....No point in telling the staff you want a table they will seat people who come in AFTER you...The owner walks about like they are in a dream, the staff are friendly but need to be trained!!! Had to wait 15 mins to get a very expensive beer....Guys behind me even said " thats their tip gone then"...How true! Pull your socks up Guys, you have a great place...pay attention to the details!

Breakfast is the best here. The only meal oriented place Ive eaten that has seriously good coffee. I choose their coffee over Starbucks a block away. If you like granola, theirs is unbeatable. Great burittos, southern food and sandwiches with a slight (but tasty) natural food bent.

Outstanding food and excellent service, our Server Chris is a great guy, and a phenominal chef in his own right. Its easy to miss the mercantile due to the location...but well worth the stop....also has a cool vibe that is differentiated from the other downtown establishments.

This place has to have one of the best breakfast menus in town. Sure anyone can cook eggs, but over easy takes talent. Awesome hash brown casserole & local bacon. Skip the threat and go fir the croissant.

One of our favorite breakfast spots (with and without the kids). Marmars Sweet Potato Pancakes are amazing. Try them with chocolate chips! Crispy bacon, excellent coffee. Friendly staff.
