Frequent customer here...today terrible service. First, we arrive and seated outside. Chair arms covered in syrup and table dirty. Then ordered Barbacoa Benedict and asked for poached eggs well done. Brought out runny and sent them back. 5 minutes later server returns with new plate. Again runny yolks. Third time came back with two hard boiled eggs on it and they said sorry we took it off your bill. Unacceptable. The only difference between a dog and hard poached egg is 2 minutes longer in the water. We didnt come here to get a comped meal. We came here to eat food we enjoy prepared to our liking. Kitchen manager needs to teach line cook how to poach eggs well done. Btw manager never came to the table. Come on, get it together guys.

5 stars, but I wish I could give it more honestly! My whole experience here was fantastic. Had the sweetest waitress named Nellie who gave us suggestions about what foods to try given it was our first time there. In fact, all the waiters, waitresses, and hostesses were extremely kind to us! & the food was unbelievably good! Will definitely be coming here many, many more times in the future!!

Fresh, great tasting and healthful dining. First Watch has many delicious breakfast dishes. And new visitors should not fear Multigrain Pancakes. They taste as good or better than white flour pancakes. The staff do a superb job with service and are very knowledgeable about the menu. There are also lunch items available.

Food is good. The service was awful and our waitress was not personable or even courteous. She walked up to the table and without even looking at us asked, "What do you want?" We waited FOREVER and the seating was freezing. I was disappointed I typically love First Watch but this was just not a good experience.

I took my wife here and we had an amazing meal! We went on a Saturday and it was packed, but everyone was still so sweet! Alex was the host and even though he had a million things going on, he was still very personable and upbeat. We had a great time and cant wait to come back again!

Food is always fantastic. I typically eat there for breakfast but I have had the ham and cheese sandwich for lunch before and it was great. A good problem to have but they always seem busy which impacts service levels.

Great little breakfast spot. I didnt really this place was a chain but we had them in Arizona. Its clean, the service is fast and the Benedict is awesome! I like this chain. If its breakfast time and your around stop in!

Have eaten here twice and the wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The wife loved the Tri-Athlete and I had the bacon and onion hash. I would order this again and we will be back.

The service is on the slow side, but not unbearably slow. The basic brunch food items are pretty good, so focus on those. Their more unique items on the menu, however, are best avoided.

It really has been a great meal every time I have eaten here. Service is excellent. Slight wait if you arent lucky, but I have been fortunate to have gotten seated right away.
