i eat taco bell all the time, I have to say im addicted to it, this particular store and their employees mess up my order every time, im vegetarian and ask them politely to make sure they dont accidentally get meat in my order, and to leave the meat off, everytime I have to go back around due to a small piece of meat in it, im so addicted to taco bell, I would go everyday for years, which the same emplyees would on purpose put a piece of meat in my food, im glad they got another taco bell in Dickson tn, because they actually make my order vegetarian, also when this was happening they had no manager. or if they did it was temporary and they were very young like teen, the employees were careless and laughed at me for coming back around to get my order fixed because they got meat in it. im strict vegetarian, they have vegetarian option, I ask them to make it vegetarian and yet they smear meat all over it drop meat in it. I think my record for going back around to get my order fixed is five times. ridiculous right? not to mention you will be waiting in line for 30 minutes. not exaggerating, if you want taco bell in Dickson go to the one by the interstate where they respect their customers and take care in the food they serve. the people at this one was actually messing up my order on purpose, young teens having a laugh at the vegetarian having to go back around because of a piece of meat in the food

The late night workers best friend. Their food is pretty good. Youll get more value/food per dollar here than other places (important for a Fatman who needs to meet his 10000 calorie-a-day quota laugh and grow fat) especially with their $5 big box. Rarely is the line congested inside and out or that they have ran out of lettuce, tomatoes, and such (because I ate it all) and have to wait for a truck to resupply them; though they do sometimes get the order wrong but that hasnt happened in a while. I recommend it if you want something cheap that isnt a burger.

Order almost always wrong, give you what they want, and give attitude if you ask for all thats missing. I stopped going to the one on Mathis Dr. in Dickson, TN more than a year ago because every time I went on different occasions, I kept finding hair in my burritos. I just started going back, but Taco Bell will have to be counted out as being an option from now on. Too much attitude from employees making food, I get home still missing many items after asking....paid almost $40 for crap and awful service.

This taco bell needs new management or something, I have visited it twice in last 6 months. Last time they were actually out of hamburger for them to make most tacos, burritos etc. This time they were out of mountain dew. It is always clean with very nice staff. What food they do have is always good & the prices are great too.

Door says they open at 7am for breakfast... We were there at 735am. No one inside would come to the door and open it. When I went to the drive thru to ask, they told me they were "cleaning" but no one was working, they were standing around talking. Good job! Went across the street to McDonalds.

Finally they opened a new taco bell down by the interstate, go there not to this location. If this location actually got my order right just once, I think I would die of a heart attack. These people mess up my order every single time, dont leave the drive through without first checking your bag.

The food is good but...This is the slowest fast food drive thru ever. Middle of the day with no other cars will be a 10 minute wait. If you stop on a Friday or Saturday night, it would be faster to go home and make your own tacos.

Late nights are a complete nightmare. 30 minute wait in drive thru and then you HOPE your order is right. Take a hint management... Friday night drive thru WILL be busy therefore plan accordingly.

The employees stand around and talk to each other instead of fulfilling orders. The drive thru line is always long and takes forever and the inside you wait a very long time to get your food.

I never use the drive thru, but the sit down area is nice. Always friendly staff, and you can never beat the price of Taco Bell. Love the $5 Box!!
