Drive thru after a long day...as I drove up to pay for my order I was greeter by an employee chewing on a toothpick. When he went to hand me my food his toothpick was gone, I found it in my bag next to my sides. When pulling out my chicken two of the pieces looks like they had been grabbed too hard with tongs (hopefully) because the skin was off and meat was tore up. One of my biscuits was split in half. And the potato wedges were hard. Never have I had such a bad KFC experience.

Staff are less than friendly, and act like it is completely inconvenient for you to be there. The floor is dingy and unkempt, with broken tiles and cracks as well as embedded dirt in areas. The tables and seating are in disrepair and always dirty, sticky, and crumbs left all over the place.

They were out of everything. Some people had to wait over 30 mins for food and they made others wait up to 15 mins before they were told they didnt have it. The lobby floor was filthy and slippery. Employees were rude to each other and customers.

I love this KFC. The people are great. I work for Rogman Co also, @ Taco Bell in Central City. I wish we had a KFC with our Taco Bell. I drive here a couple times a month just to eat here. Thanks to the staff here your Awesome.

Ive been here multiple times and Ive always found the staff to be friendly very helpful, and willing to serve. The food has always been hot and fresh and very quick to be served. Any issues are resolved very quickly.

At KFC on Ft. Campbell Blvd. Staff was short, no regular cook. I commend the staff that was there. Very professional and customer aware. To be short handed ,still offered superb service. My rating 5 STAR
