Abnormally poor service for a Firehouse subs. The staff are unable to keep track of online orders and gave my order to another customer charged me for that customers order without my permission when I had already prepaid for my order online then said we wont charge you twice or anything to remake the order which I had already paid for. They also couldnt retrieve the online order which I had already paid for since the other customer had already taken it. The order had multiple subs on it so it required a phone call to the other customers on the order to reorder all the subs and then wait for everything to be recooked. I wont be using this location again and the refund for the other customers order will take a week to process terrible custoner service.

The food here is great. If you like Subway or Jimmy Johns, youll love Firehouse. This location is clean, and everyone is friendly and helpful, but some of the sandwich makers seem a little under trained. The man making my sandwich dropped some of the meat when taking it from the steamer to the other side of the counter. Instead of replacing it, he continued on without it, leaving a quarter of my sandwich meatless. I suggest keeping an eye on the process while they make your food.

Terrible experience with wait time. Did my order online, I arrived on time but waited and Extra 15 minutes because cashier didnt check to see if my order was ready. Unfortunately, my order was sitting in the oder pick up area all alongnight she didnt bother to check. She was more concerned about other things and talking too much. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service.

excellent sandwiches.good smoky brisket,lovely fresh veggies for garnish. Wheat bread a little dry but white is soft and delicious.service is quick and friendly. Large drink selection with coke freestyle but could use better desserts. Currently just cookies but should add cake slices pudding cups and mini pies. Overall firehouse serves wonderful subs with delicious meat

Really not that good sub says comes with bacon yea if you call a half a piece bacon on a sub not what it said to be no one even said hello or anything when we walked in I Wil not return to this firehouse sub just poor services with a high price.

If you order online show up 30 mins after your pick up time should be ready by then. As much as I love the food Im tired of waiting 30-45 after my pick up time, has happened every time, sadly Im done giving chances I wont be returning agian.

While one staff member greeted everyone who walked in the door, the others mostly ignored new people and just did their jobs. The facility was clean. The food was just so-so. Ive had much better subs at other places.
