This is the WORST Panda Express Ive ever been to. I waited 40 mins in the drive through. 25 mins of this was spent waiting for Erin to finish taking my order. Erin took part of my order, said ok and what else? When I told her, she said hang on, and didnt return for 15 mins! Then proceeded to tell me they were out of the other items I wanted. Theres no reason I should be waiting this long for buffet styled fast food. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Erin then hands me my food at the drive thru, leaving out my egg rolls. I had to ask where they were before she told me they were out. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Hire more staff or new staff, but fix the issue because its ridiculous.

Was extremely dissatisfied today. Have been a loyal customer for over several yrs. With staff changes and faces not recognizing a loyal customer service not great. Wife and I always do a survey to obtain the Panda code. We then get a free rice. We dine in once a month is twice Chapel Hill location. We couldnt read the order number from Woodstock store to call in to get a code And ask for a manager. The server took the receipt to Both Jennifer and Muhammad they denied a simple free serving of rice to a seven year customer. I am very dissatisfied. Chick Fila would always assist a customer. The first rule customer always right. I will have to rethink visiting soon AT

I usually dont have any issues with Panda Express... But the Customer Service I received from the Cashier Yumi was poor and she was extremely rude. She over charged me for my meal and when I questioned it she realized it was her error. Instead of stopping my transaction she still rung up my order and charged my card. The Manager came over to resolve the issue and I asked why did she still charge my card Yumi started to roll her eyes as if I was a problem for her. The proper way to have handled the situation was to apologize and not have a bad attitude with the customer. I will not pay to be insulted and treated poorly. My visit wasnt even worth the 1 star I gave it.

I just left Panda Express and Im still wondering what exactly just happened. I walked in with my lunch date and we ordered. The food was packaged and ready for payment with no issues...and then someone else walked in and myself and my lunch date seemed to have disappeared. The woman that had been filling our order put our meals to the side, took her order, filled it, and charged her with no worry about the fact that we came first or that our food was cooling while we were being bypassed. I have no idea why we were less important than this woman that came later but we were happy to leave that place and find a restaurant that finds us to be more valuable.

Good food poor service and it seems that the black employees at this location seem to only greet white customers. I visited this location on Sunday October,13,2013 with a white friend and he was greeted by a black employee named Crystal but she completely ignored me and this is not the first time that this has happened to me at this location. I told her that I was insulted by her clear act of racial bias. There is subtle form of racism being practiced here by black employees toward non-white patrons at this restaurant. The manage of this location was not in but I will contact her later.

After waiting in the drive thru for 25mins finally get to the window when she tries to give me some one elses food. Tell her its not right.. Literally takes like 5 more mins to find my order that hasnt even been prepared yet. She then hands me a bag and says im waiting on one thing.. I pull to the front to find the box open and where they never even put the entree in there just rice. And Im still waiting. I went in and got a refund and gave them the mess they tried to give me back. Never goin back again. After being here for 40!! Mins

Normally come in here but, today I had to do a review! This place was nasty! No tables were clean, 6 forks were left in 2 bins, no tops to cups, no Dr. Pepper. We went to set outside since all the tables were dirty inside and they were really nasty. When we wiped it the napkin was black! Avery ( I think was her name) was the only one who helped us while everyone else was busy taking pictures and walking around! Nasty, nasty, nasty! Did I mention all the food on the floor......yuuuuuukkkkk!

I come here quite a bit for lunch, because I work close by. Over the past few months, the quality has really went down. Now when I go through the drive thru, my spring rolls are barely warm (more than once), and you dont get the same amount as when you go in to get an entree. Today, I got the mushroom chicken, it was a few tiny pieces of chicken (and I do mean a few) mixed with mostly zucchini and mushrooms. I think I should look for a new lunch place.

First off if you go in at 11:20 you will not get your food until 11:40 because "We just opened and the foods not ready yet" , secondly I placed my order for chow mein orange chicken and teriyaki chicken what I received was general tso chicken instead of orange chicken and the teriyaki sauce who was the orange glaze. No manager to speak with because he is running deliveries I did receive a free drink that is why I gave two stars as opposed to one

Pulled up here and they were closed 15 minutes early, doors locked and all of the employees sitting there eating food they were suppose to still be selling. One employee looked at the door and laughed when I realized the door was closed, another actually flicked me off under the table. Glad we live elsewhere and were just passing through so we never have to eat here again, but serous every employee here should lose their job.

I get a rash on my forearms after eating at Panda. Also get it at East West and Star. Must be something in the spices that is commonly used in restaurants. Don t get the rash when eating at home. Panda is my favorite for fast food. I like that I can order half steamed rice and half veggies instead of all steamed rice. Panda is vastly more healthy than any other fast food place I have found.

Despite having the hours posted on the front door, this restaurant actually closes half an hour to as much as an hour before the stated time. And despite being there within 15 minutes of this closing time we were told we couldnt order food. As an employee in the fast food industry I would have lost my job if I denied anybody food before closing time.

Was offer general tsos chicken so why not ended up getting it as a plate with chickens teriyaki and chow mein at the drive thru got home to see that I was served nasty black pepper chicken with chicken teriyaki and waited awhile for this in the drive thru while they tried giving me other peoples orders...

For fast food you cant beat it! Actually tastes better than a lot of the actual Chinese places around here. I always stick to the sweet fire chicken and mixed veggies. Although it is a bit pricey it is A huge plus that it has healthy options on the menu. Drive thru can take awhile but beats McDonalds.
