Called to place a to go order. The lady was very upset and rude. She stated she has been super nice. That I was the only employee that call in orders. failing to realize my co workers nor the GM likes Brick House BBQ the GM said you all use to much liquid smoke. I agreed 100% yet I still spend my money there because Nolens is simply to far. Time is money but this lady doesnt seem to understand that. I have shared this experience with the entire workplace and no one will ever eat there again. Not even the banana pudding which I love. Its the best thing on the menu. We all love Nolens here at work and good thing about them they take our to go orders delightfully everytime we want it. Now we have no choice but to drive there for BBQ. The owner should really send Brick House employees to customer service training 101.. Im sure Brick House will not miss our money... Nolens is always happy to have it :) Im praying for the little mean lady at Brick House. To all the visitors in Columbia Tn try Nolens BBQ before Brick House you will love it and it will cost you less. Mention this review and put it on CLLH tab. Its on me :) All the other reviews say the rude lady is the owner,, well ill say, god bless her heart. Ill never eat there again in life.

Rude!!!! The entire experience was very unpleasant. I will NEVER recommend this place solely based on the way I was treated. I do not understand how they are still in business, as I have just read in the reviews and what I was told by others who have frequented this place, the food is bland and not good at all. I placed my order & paid for it with my credit card. After waiting 10 mins I was informed that they were out of te meat I ordered. I then requested a refund of which the girl who took my order, did not know how to process a refund. She handed my card over to another girl who was extremely rude. She would sarcastically say things and when I responded she wanted to play victim. I asked for a receipt and she lost her damn mind. You would have thought I tried to rob her or something. I said my peace and was told to never come to their establishment....

Mixed review - the food was good (the BBQ beans are great). We went to Brickhouse for BBQ to take to the park. They were out of sweet tea...sad but forgivable....but after paying $30.11 for lunch I asked for 3 plastic forks, explaining we were eating at the park. I was told there would be an extra charge. Really? They ended up giving me 3 forks and 3 plates so we could eat the food we just purchased...but also let us know next time there would be a charge. Next time? Probably not.

Rude, rude rude! We had 4 coupons and six people to order for. 2 of us went in and were told one coupon per person per visit and that we were not allowed to get a to go order unless all people were in there?? Were also very rudely spoken to by the manager and told "thats just anywhere you go in life". I am 42 years old and at no time in my life have I come across this policy or such a disrespectful attitude in "customer service". We will never be back. Ever.

The food is fabulous but your Manager/Owner is the most unprofessional rude girl I have ever met in my life...if you wanna keep your customers you might wanna keep Miss Kayla away from phone orders or the window....that attitude does not belong on the front line AT ALL...and no after today we will no longer do business there and will spread the word..also will be calling Better Business Bureau..She has long hair and likes to wear 2 braids....

The owner is so rude to her employees and customers. The potatoes are cooked in a microwave and all sandwiches are heated in the microwave. All plastic eating utensils and styrofoam plates are washed and reused. The back where the BBQ is cooked is infested with flies. The food is poor quality and is way to highly priced

Decent food with awful service. Just waited there 25 min. Was told to wait and never even acknowledged again. They had an attitude that the customer was an inconvenience for them to serve. Theres a lot of other good bbq in town so ill stick the the places that dont treat customers with such an attitude.

Food was great. I ordered chicken nachos was informed that I couldnt have barbecue sauce because it came with white sauce. I am not a fan of them choosing the sauce by what you order. One of our meals wasnt made had to ask for it.
