I ordered some food and after getting my food they made a comment "are you sure you need all that" ? I mean Sometimes the food is good but other times it taste as if the meat has been sitting outside all day unrefridgerated and uncovered. the service is terrible and the place is dusty. The employees are rude and on there phones. Like we cant see them in drive thru through the window. And the owner Julie Webster shes rude too. I called her to explain my experience and she acted like she New everything that goes on when she aint there. She told me she didnt have to explain herself because she knows how her place of business is ran, so she got pissed and started yelling. Yeah thats a great way to run a business.... NOT!! So since she knows how its ran she knows what her employees do, so she is okay with there behaviors. I will never come to JJs again I highly recommend you never go there as well and save yourself from food poisoning and rude service

Disappointed, my first potato was over cooked, scorched, skin was blackened, after returning that potato for a second potato, I found that one soaking in broth and was still scorched. I didnt realize until I got home. The food was just gross, my son was unhappy as well. I wasnt going to leave this review, I decided to give them a chance to make it right first. Im not an unreasonable person, I go to Bricks BBQ all the time, I buy food for our whole family, not once have I had to take food back or have been unhappy. But the manager at JJs was very rude and insulting to me on the phone, refused to refund me, and told me that she couldnt possibly give everybody a refund that asks for one. If you have that many people asking for refunds, maybe you need to improve the food, because it is terrible. Go to Bricks.

Been going there for years and I overlooked them not getting my order right many times. This time THEY SERVED ME RAW CHICKEN on a carry out salad. Im so glad I looked at this chicken before I ate it. It was totally raw. The owner accused me of being rude to her sweet teenagers that run the kitchen when shes not there. Huh?? She refused to make it right & then hung up in my face. So basically she took my 10.00 & put mine & my husbands health at risk. Is this how you treat a customer of 12 years? Wow!

I went there because of their 5 star reviews online. What a disappointment. Any other BBQ place Ive gone to has been generous. Not here! If youre looking for quality and quantity in your BBQ, keep looking. I paid $4 for a $2 pulled pork sandwich and all I can say is, "Wheres the pork??" Ive attached photos in the shots above.. This is definitely not your family Tennessee pride in BBQ.

LOVE me some JJs BBQ! The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. The drive-thru service, as well as counter-ordering is quick and the food is awesome!. BBQ sauce or no sauce this is just good food at its best. Dont ever be deterred by the line inside or in the drive-thru, it ALWAYS goes fast. You wont be disappointed in JJs, so go git ya some!

I have been fan of JJs Barbeque since moving here in 1999! The barbeque is great (Love their loaded baked potatoes with barbeque too!), the food is consistently good and the staff is cheerful. The owner, Julie, is wonderful and cares about her customers. Dont miss a chance to experience JJs!

I have had BBQ from all over Tennessee and Florida, and this is by far one of my favorite places to eat. Julie, the owner, is great and very welcoming, and her employees are as well. I make an effort to eat here anytime I am even near Columbia. The food is excellent!

Mmmmmm.....Loaded BBQ potato. Youre welcome. Delicious. Orders are fulfilled quickly, staff is freindly. Dinner prices are a little steep for me, but their lunch BBQ potato is huge and only $5.
