This pizza hut location is just like pre-kindergarden school. Well let me say that whoever is the manager and the chef are just not careful enough and skilled to provide good service as far as customer related issue. I dont know how many times you can tell someone to make a pizza that has 5 toppings and only one of the toppings will be on one side. The rest MUST be on the whole pizza. I dont work for any pizza competitor. I am just a customer who experienced something very unusual with Pizza Hut team today. After receiving a wrong pizza, i was asked to wait for 15 mn to get a new one. Guess what it was wrong again. I asked to get 5 toppings on the whole pizza and one of those toppings should be on one side, so 4 on one and 5 the other side. None of those chef could make it. If they do they either make it with wrong tomato sauce or something else. I called customer service who could not even help much but sending me to a different store to pick another pizza as a replacement of the bad pizza. Going to that other location, Guess what, they repeated the same mistake. I was so mad and realized that it was 10PM. I started my order at 7PM and until 10PM i had no food to feed my family. I could not wait so i wen to return my pizza to the first store and request for refund. I paid using my debit card, but when i asked for refund, the Manager, Michael, told me that i would not received any refund now, so i should wait for 2 to 5 business days to get my refund. I did not mind, so i asked him to get my refund receipt, and he said that The store doesnt issue any refund/cash to the client. He MUST email the corporate and request for refund, when i know that my debit card was swiped at that location in the pass 2 hours. I said well that is ok but can you give me any proof that i returned the pizza so that if you, the manager, has to make another mistake to refund my money since he could not even take a simple pizza order. I am just surprised of what i went through that night, and i was about to call Pizza Hut out of my food list. Lol.....be careful shopping at that location if you dont want to go through those nonsense.

First the pizza was good, however...I ordered 5 large pizzas as a reward for my team. I called the order in at 10 am to be picked up in Collierville at 11:30. I got there at 11:35 and was told by the delivery person they were ready. The manager and 2 other employees were present. The delivery person and one other were making pizzas. The delivery lady met me at the counter and said the manager would have to check me out as she was the only person who knew how to operate the register. She told the manager I was there. The manager said "As soon as I get this pizza done, Ill be up there. I was the only person in the store. I told the girl I was in a hurry so she went back and told the manager who promptly did nothing..finished the pizza she was on...about 10 minutes.THEN she came to check me out but with out saying a word, she exhibited such contempt that it was palpable. Lana(?) was her name maybe? Not sure. I like Pizza Hut, but that kind of behavior is ridiculous and why was there only 1 person able to run the register? Pizza Hut needs to investigate this store, because that manager SUX!!!

My wife had a horrible experience around 8pm today at the Pizza Hut on Poplar behind Baskin Robbins. Basically, she and the manager had a disagreement about a coupon. This resulted in the manager (a guy much larger than my wife) standing up, calling my wife "a piece of sh@%#", and holding his arms open in an aggressive way saying "come back in" and "I know who you are" while waiving the receipt with our contact information. I went back to the store to confront this person. A police car happened to be driving by, so my wife grabbed them on the way back in. Long story short, we filed a police complaint, however, the police officer said she didnt feel like this guy was being aggressive because first, he didnt explicitly threaten my wife, and second, the police have a working relationship with this manager?!?! Anyway, that was our experience we wanted to share with other consumers.

This location is very poorly run. Had a delivery driver get very aggressive with a female friend at my apartment. I called the store immediately after finding out and was told the manager would call me back the following day. A week later and multiple attempts to get in touch with the manager and nothing to show for it. The employee I spoke with said that driver has been giving them problems.. Guess the management doesnt concern themselves with customer satisfaction. I love PH but will no longer order from here. Owners should replace management at this store immediately.

Ordered on the phone one time and the guy said he would give me a discount when I came into the store and when I got there a different guy was there and wouldnt honor the discount when even his employees said they heard the other guy tell me on the phone. Tried coming another time and the same person gave poor customer service again. Recommend going to dominos just down the street or somewhere else

I have had bad dealings with this pizza hut every time i have tried to purchase from them. They wont deliver to me when i live 3.2 miles up the road from them. They dont tell me this until after i made my order and they run my card. I still have not received my refund a week later. AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT!! Go to Papa Johns instead. Much better customer service.

I ordered delivery and when I received it I had received the wrong flavor wings. Then I called back and the lady would not answer the phone and when she did she hung up. I went there to get my order replaced I had to wait 15-20 minutes on top of my late delivery. The service was overall terrible. You should go to papa jobs instead. Or even Dominoies.

Awful! Called got the call center and they were very rude! we were told pizza would be here in 30 minutes. One hour and a half later it was delivered cold. Called the Collierville store manager was assured a refund and got nothing! No more Collierville Pizza Hut for us.

Worst service ever. I will NEVER order food from there again, and I would advise that no one else does. I have no idea how they stay in business. F*** collierville Pizza Hut. Only gave it a star because I had to to write this.
