Restrooms were very dirty looked like they hadnt been clean thoroughly in months. The mens restrooms had splatters all over the toilet walls. The floor looked like it hadnt been moped in weeks. There was paper towels & toilet paper all through out the store and only 1 person working. She was trying to stock the floor and run the register by her self. So I asked her where her help was. She replied that they cant keep help that they keep quiting. I think its time for new management.......

Bad bad bad the old woman just hug old man I think no time for love in the work and I am a customer she is employee or supervisor or manager she just dance in the store and dont care a bout any thing last night I see like 10 pcs banana today ask her she said no we havent she with old man and just said no Restroom oh my good discussing many paper many bugs still bad no body take care a bout any thing please take care about your business please first time I see pilot like that

Restrooms are dirty trash cans overflowing two mangers just standing around talking to subway employee. And the subway nasty dirty wasnt busy yet only had two kinds of bread made. Must be because to busy standing around talking. Id pass this place by if you can. By the way only reason I gave it one Star is because it wont post unless you give it a star

I miss this place having Grand Mas Kitchen at the truck stop. Thats when there was an excellent selection of food to choose from. The other side had a gift shop for travelers. There was a game room there too with a jukebox. I can remember before Pilot had the place.

Getting out in the morning can be a challenge, but this is typical of overall poor Pilot designs. Several of the pumps were broken, and the fuel island itself hasnt seen a power washer in a decade. Staff was friendly, but this joint is a dump.

Bathroom was messy, nasty. Bottle of urine cleaner on counter, paper towels everywhere, trash was full. Staff seem nice but clean. As drivers we want fresh fast coffee and a clean bathroom

No signs where enter...then once you do figure it out...good luck with being able to get your semi into the fuel lanes...AND there is a HUGE 18 deep pothole

I drink good coffee, without sugar or cream. Coffee here is burnt. Subway leaves the prep cabinet open to the Air all night. Food safety?

We stop here often. Its a little hard to get to, but there arent many options in this area. Restrooms are clean and coffee is good!
