Just look at the other reviews and you will realize to keep on driving somewhere else. 3 out of 5 of my last experiences with this Pizza Hut and one other have all been disappointing. Corporate needs to spend time training their staff on being courteous and how to handle mistakes. It can be done Chipotle and Chick Fil A have incredible staff. So on to my experience this is my third time pre-ordering my pizza online only to have it made wrong or not at all. In all cases the ticket was correct they just did not read it correctly. My last visit and by that I do mean my last visit to any Pizza hut from now on was to pick up an order scheduled for 4:45pm. I arrived at 5pm to stand in line with 3 others waiting for someone to greet us for 5 minutes. By the time the person in front of me was seen the computer crashed and had to be rebooted. When I worked there we had the ability to do carbon tickets manually in case the computers failed guess that is gone. So its now 5:30 and I am still understanding that this is out of the employees control. I review my order, not like Jets where they check your order before they hand it to you. They did not put cheese on my MEAT pizza no Veagan here. So the lady tells me it will be 11 minutes to make another and rings me up for my $40 order with no mention of discount just an Im sorry. She continues to ring out others and waitresses all the while not checking on my already late pizza. At 5:55 she goes back to check on my order and another persons order they forgot to make and she comes back empty handed. I think she actually had them make mine AGAIN. At that point she said nothing to me and continued to ring up other customers. I had enough at this point and asked for a refund, she then said she was sorry again and said I could have the half cold order I already received. I did not want anything at all to do with Pizza Hut at this point. A freaking HOUR of my time spent waiting on a pre-order!! No offer to make it right, only Im sorry from a staff that looks like they would rather be anywhere else. This is not the first case of poor response to a screwed up order and the staff always seems very unhappy at multiple Pizza Hut locations. The pizza is not even all that great anymore and with Chicago Pizza, Pappa Johns, Jets, and Pappa Murphys as options Pizza hut needs to do something quickly.

This is a horrible place. I ordered online they called me and said they didnt have 1 of the items I ordered so I changed it to something else. 2 minutes later they call me again and say they didnt have the rest of what I ordered so I just told them to cancel it all. I look on my bankcard they had charged it 2 times then refunded one but not the other and I called back and asked for the manager. She was EXTREAMLY rude and said it would be back on for a day or 2 even though they refunded 1 of their mistakes instantly. So I told her I would just notify my bank of their mistake and she said "If you do that then we will report that as fraud and put out an arrest warrant for you" then hung up on me (Which they would have no grounds or legal right to do). DO NOT EAT HERE. It is run by people that halfway sound like they are on drugs and never have what you order because they dont refill their stock. NOT A FAMILY PLACE AT ALL!

Let me give a run down of what I experienced an hour ago. I had a very simple order 1 pepperoni pizza and 2 orders of breadsticks. Cant get much easier. I made this a carryout order at 6:30. It was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. Got there at 6:45 and waited 30 MINUTES for our order. Looked over my food and noticed breadsticks were saturated and soggy. I waited 30 minutes for this garbage and by this point I didnt even want it I just wanted a refund. Waited another 15 MINUTES for someone to say they didnt have a supervising manager to do a refund so they would just credit my phone number. Seriously? A bunch of underage children can open and close a resturant but they cant refund someone $9? Seems to me they just didnt want to refund me. Will not be returning. Worst service ever experienced at any resturant.

The pizza buffet was good. The salad bar sucked. The service wasnt all that good, but the pizza was good! We will be back. Edit: we took our kids on a Monday afternoon for the pizza buffet. It was lunchtime, and we were surprised that it wasnt crowded. Then we walked up to the pizza buffet. The pizza was old and dry. We still ate, because pizza. It took a long time for them to actually get new pizza out. The pasta was all gone, most the pizza was gone as were the breadsticks. There isnt a salad bar, weird. All in all it was a big disappointment. The server was okay. She did what she was supposed to do, bring drinks, refill drinks, and remove plates. I would like to say we wont be back, but the probability of us coming back is high because of the lack of options in hoptown. Bummer.

Ive had really hit and miss experiences with this place as far as delivery goes. When care is taken with my orders they truly can make some great pizza, but little oversights or shortcuts on the staffs part compromise the quality. Half-full sauce cups with my bread sticks, pizzas that are dry or barely have any marinara on them despite my ordering extra sauce, and cheese that has slid over to one side of the pizza because it was not transported on a level surface have happened to me quite a bit. The dine in experience is usually wonderful. The staff are friendly, my drinks are never empty, and they always make certain the orders are made well. My recommendation is to dine in here rather than pay for delivery. If you carry-out, check your order before leaving.

The most recent time I ordered I waited an extra 30 minutes after the expected delivery time for our food. The breadsticks were cold and hard, my salad was warm and turning brown, and the wings were only partially sauced, cold, and not fully cooked. In the past Ive had repeatedly late deliveries, cold food, missing items, flat expired drinks, uncooked food, incredibly burnt food, dealt with very rude employees, and once got a taco pizza that was missing over half of the ingredients and tasted like wet dog food. If you want good, or even edible food in a timely matter do not go here.

Order is never right. Drive through or dine-in. Recently visited, waitress did not even write the order down. We asked if maybe she should because it was not simple and she chose not to. As we expected our order was wrong. Both pizzas. And one was not even cooked through in the center. When i called I was told it was because of the amount of toppings. However it was a standard specialty pizza, so I dont see why this cant be cooked throughout. Waitress was friendly however food was terrible.
