The food here was good and fast. That was not our complaint. The problem was the way the cook (Nikki-Nicole WHATEVER) was treating Christine the waiter. From the time Christine walked through the door, Nikki was rude and mean to her. She yelled at her to the point that most of us trying to enjoy our meals were too caught up in the disrespectful taunting to even eat. Nikki repeatedly yelled nasty things to Christine and Christine humbly took it all. My husband is a police officer and even he has never treated anyone with such venom. To top it off, we could tell that Christine was a little slower in the mind which made the awful treatment even worse because that's just downright bullying! Nikki, I'd like to drag you by your horrible ponytail up and down old hickory on your acne filled face. You should be ashamed of yourself for that crap. It's never okay to treat people like that and the ONLY reason you got away with it is because of whatever condition Christine has. I will be filing a complaint definitely tonight. My family and I are against bullying in any kind of way. I hope Nikki loses her job!

Understaffed!!!! 5-7 tables dirty and not cleared!!! People waiting to be seated. One person being trained, yet person training was telling the other what to do but not doing anything to help trained get places cleaned. Sitting here waiting for waitress for long time. Wanting more coffee and no one offering more coffee till at least 20 minutes had passed. Not good service. Food ok not great but ok. Very disappointed. Not interested in coming back.

The overall experience was amazing! Even though there were dozens of other patrons, we were seated in a timely manner and were waited on promptly. The food itself was delicious and none of it was overcooked. The order was also 100% accurate. The tables were also clean, and this was no small feat considering the amount of patrons. The staff here deserve a round of applause.

Top end must do southern or midwestern genuine dinner. Being from southern California I see Waffle House as a cultural experience. I take pictures of the dinners and of the staff who generally gladly pose for me. I went on Halloween and the staff costumes stole the show. I get hash browns with jalapenos. Good price, Good food, Good fun. See the folks of the towns.

A group of friends and I got cussed out by the waiter her name tag said Stephasorus (I am guessing it was a nickname for Stephanie) she was having a rough night and we felt bad for her but she cursed at us and then when my friend asked politely for a refill she yelled "NO" and stormed off. She made us very uncomfortable and I do not want to go back to this location!!

Hands down the BEST Waffle House experience of my life. I cannot stop raving about it to anyone who will listen. :) My server, whose name I cannot remember, was excellent. She went above and beyond to ensure my coffee cup was full. The food came out fast and steaming hot. Cleanest Waffle House I have ever been to. Thank you!

I have never seen such a up-beat crew! Excellent communication between the staff...witnessed a manager call a short meeting to acknowledge how great the employees performed during the lunch rush...service was fast. I work at a hospital and our staff could really benefit from a leason from the Waffle House!

This has to be the busiest Waffle House in the US. I think they had 9 employees working when I ate there for breakfast one day. And even though they were really busy, the still had time to refill my drink, unlike another I just ate at in KY. Good and pleasant customer service... and food. :)

When to eat there and couple weeks ago.and my food had a bug...I told them and the make me another plate ..but I didnt eatit.and they still had the nerve to charge for my food..wtf Never will be back. All waffle house are nastys ..go to the new ones at least you know the place its clean..

Just not what it used to be. Staff was great but food was off. Hasbrowns were cold in the middle. I got a patty melt and the "beef" was not good. I am not a very frequent visitor of waffle house. Maybe 5 times in 12 years but I dont recall it being this disappointing.

I sat in human excrement when I first sat at the bar. Told the waitress, she got Clorox. I immediately threw my shorts away in the dumpster and drove away as quickly as I could. True story Christmas eve 2015. 0/10 would go there again.

Worst food experience Ive ever had. Waiter threw the coffee cups on the table and spilt it.everwhere. cold food, cold coffee. Worst attitude Ive ever seen in a waitor. Ill never go back there, and ill be complaining to corporate.

Fast good greasy food. Friendly staff....not clean not dirty. ...There is a greasy sheen as soon as you walk in the door. Most of them have that sheen.
