This is literally the WORST Panera Bread I have ever been to. I tried to give this place multiple chances, because I work in Brentwood and I love Panera, and most of the time when I go to a Panera it is because it is quick, convenient, and somewhat healthy...but it only gets worse each time I am there at this location. This morning was the final straw for me. Walked in at 6:35AM-ish and stood in line along with one other lady, who was also not being assisted, for about six minutes, while FOUR employees just walked around as if we werent even there. The manager, Jennifer, was walking around like a mad woman doing and touching random things, all while watching us stand there getting no service. I ordered two things, and the place wasnt even busy yet. I was there for about 15 minutes total, and most of that time was sitting there watching the employees lolly-gag and cut up with one another. THE LEAST you can do is acknowledge the fact that people are standing there. I have worked service industry for many years, and even when I was busy and just plain annoyed with people, I would ALWAYS let them know I was there. This happens EVERY time I go to this Panera, and promise you my business will be taken elsewhere. There is a major issue with this place.

9/10 times they get our order wrong. Theyre slow, the tables are dirty. The cashiers have reallllly gone down in quality. One time, I had to actually say "hello, can I order now?" to a cashier who was AT the register but wasnt even looking to see if someone was waiting. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN LINE. Im really not trying to sound mean, but as someone who lives very close to this location and visits this specific Panera often, all I can say is its gone down hill over the years. From the managers who dont seem to care if they get the food right (theres always an excuse as to why they got the order wrong. ALWAYS). Just APOLOGIZE to the customer and admit your mistake. Find ways to train your employees so that it doesnt keep happening. Also, my husband has an allergy and we made sure to let them know. Well, they got the order wrong and brought out the wrong thing with the ingredient hes allergic to. TWICE. Within 5 minutes. The manager had an excuse for that too. Surprise surprise. Wont be eating at Panera again. Sad because I really do like their soups.

Needs more staff! The line was out the door and they only had one guy working the registers and he had absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. You wouldve thought there was just one person in line who was chatting him up at the rate he was moving. It shouldnt take an eternity for him to do every little step. I dont think Ive seen someone take that long to count out change at a register maybe ever. The wait to order food was about fifteen minutes due to the fact that there was only one person working in the middle of lunch, and the fact that he couldnt care less about moving through the line. The food came quickly, which isnt surprising. At the rate the guy at the register was putting in tickets, the kitchen could probably finish each ticket before the next one came in. The fact that the food came out quickly and tasted good is the only saving grace from this visit.

Panera Bread is one of the most underrated fast food restaurants. Consistently good quality for very competitive prices. I like that they post their calorie counts, that the menu is very comprehensive and offers something for everyone, I love the 1/2 soup 1/2 salad combos, and I particularly love that you can get good coffee there too. When traveling with our family, we always seek out the local Panera for breakfast, where weve been able to feed 6 people for under $15 by buying a baguette, asking them to split it in portions, and serve with butter and jam. Cant get any better than that. And its never too crowded that you cant get a nice seat, inside or out.

I have been visiting Panera Bread for years and I can say this is the slowest and nastiest location Ive ever seen. Over half the tables are dirty the line was out the door and only two of the five registers were working. I watched a young man fix orders while playing with his hat & hair. I am in town visiting and come to the area a few times a year. I will not be visiting this location again and will let other know in my hotel and family. Oh and the coffee station was filthy, smh.... I only have it a one star for the location.

I have tried this location again only to be terribly disappointed again. As a hot tea drinker and not a coffee drinker I am simply tired of getting coffee film water from the hot water fill container. I am not sure why it is so difficult to have a designated dispenser for the Hot Tea people. This is a basic strike three, time to go some where else. It is unfortunate since the bagels are so good. But non-filtered water is not an acceptable and hot water in a coffee stained and film dispenser is basically rude.

I really like this place but its usually quite crowded. I order online and pick up now to avoid some of the hassle. The restaurant, experience, and workers are great. Another problem is location. It is in a weird corner with Target. To get to it you have to park in a section that has too many corners with too many compact spaces (with surprisingly large vehicles there in) and walk back across an entrance that can at times some intimidating traffic. 5 stars in a different location.

Worst experience at this s.p.d place. Discrimination in their s.p.d eyes. No patience, rude, nice is never a word for these ppl. they seem to have hearing problems and have problems remembering customers orders. They just pack the food wrong on purpose just to revenge you because you asked what is in the dish. the worst place worst experience in Nashville and worst people i have met.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Panera. I tried to get the pick 2 lunch. The counter person was I cant combine the two items, even though they were both listed a pick 2 on the menu board. I tried with a couple other items and the same result. The counter person went to get the manager and disappeared for a while, so I ended up leaving and going to another restaurant.

Im new to the area and love this Panera!! Ive only been twice and both times Ive made a special request that theyve done for me with no problem--thanks so much! Jennifer is who helped me out the second time! :) also, the cookies have been soft here too which is hard to find at a lot of paneras. Yay keep it up! Glad this is my new neighborhood Panera.

The guy at the register was sweeping and kept his back turned to us, when we walked up to the register. He didnt greet us and after we gave him a holler, he said "be with you in one second" and proceeded to keep his back turned and sweeping. Finally after a couple minutes of sweeping he finally turned around and melancholically asked what we wanted
