Absolutely amazing little pub on Johns Island than now serves the best Irish grub to be had in the Charleston area! Best cocktails you will ever have (everything made fresh in house), and a great draft beer selection that has a group of “steadies” that are always available, and a selection of rotating local/craft beers that can’t be beat. Too many great things to mention, but the clientele and staff at the Seanachia are what keeps us coming back. You are almost guaranteed to make a new friend or two here on the first visit! Been going here for almost 3 years, and it keeps getting better! If you are a local or a visitor, this is a bucket list place to visit in Charleston!

This is my favorite place on Johns Island, if not the entire Charleston metro. If you are looking for a great, authentic atmosphere, killer food from chef Scott, and great music on weekends, you should just stop looking now. Gerry easily makes the best cocktail in town. No TVs in the place facilitates good old fashioned conversation. Toss in a killer outside patio area, and you have a winner.

One of the best Hidden Gems in the Charleston area incredible staff amazing food and it gorgeously designed bar if you like quality and appreciate culinary is a must do!!! Ive gone several times and never had a bad experience the only downside is parking but that is a minor inconvenience compared to the experience you will receive!

The most "Authentic" Irish pub in Charleston, SC. Tucked away in a Johns Island shopping center across the street from the Fat Hen. Seanachai provides weekly music, excellent craft beer selection on tap, probably the best handmade cocktails in Charleston with a beer garden and fire pit out back. Great place for good craic!

Really bad experience. I wish I had not relied on reviews. The fish and chips were completely disappointing. Frozen fish sticks and overly seasoned fries. This place should be characterized as a drinking establishment, not a restaurant.

1st Irish bar i have ever been too that didnt serve Guiness. People were nice but the service was exceptionally slow. And another bar that has no Miller Light or Bud Light on draught.....just moved ton the area and wont be back.
