Ok, so I came here for a graduation dinner. Let me start off by saying that the decor and ambiance is really nice. It is very spacious and they even have outside dining with a cool firepit set up. I absolutely love the aesthetics of the restaurant. I ordered one of the cocktails which tasted like juice and just wasnt mixed well. Who would of thought that was a foreshadowing of what was to come........ The food. Its just not good...and definitely not good for the price. For those prices in NY, I wouldve at a way better dining experience. It was about 6 of us in total. We had the salads which was decent and filling. Then we had the tuna, burger, halibut, salmon, lobster mac n cheese and I had the half rack of ribs with mashed potatoes. The halibut and salmon were good but it was a tiny portion for it costing about ($26)/($30) per plate. The rack of ribs and mashed potatoes were okay. I literally had the same entree at Chilis and Chilis was way better. Also, my aunt couldnt even finish the tuna. It just wasnt good. I was highly disappointed at the lobster mac n cheese that deserved one star. We were all still pretty hungry after so we decided to get dessert. We ordered the cheesecake, tiramisu and apple crumb cake with ice cream. The apple crumb cake with ice cream was pretty good. The tiramisu was not tiramisu and the cheesecake was decent. I will say the waitstaff were friendly and the service was pretty good. They really need to get a better chef because the quality of the food was just bad all around. Ive had better experiences at fast food chain restaurants.....

First experience was a double edge sword. Upon walking up and entering the establishment, my husband and I were blown away by the restaurant. Food prices were higher than expected - food matched the price though; it was very good. Be wary, the seared scallops upgrade ($10) only has 4 scallops - those were not worth the money. Taste and quality can easily be found elsewhere for a more reasonable price. Here is where our experience turned upside down. Entree with scallops did not come out at the same time. We had to remind our waiter about the scallops and even then it was a 3-4 minute wait for them. My husband was almost finished with his meal before they came. The other maddening aspect was with our check. I understand errors, but this took 4 attempts with management involved to get the correct check. First check showed an entree we didnt order, second check wasnt even our order, (at this point we asked for the manager), third check WHICH THE MANAGER LOOKED IN TO WAS THE FIRST CHECK WITH THE EXTRA ENTREE WE DIDNT EVEN ORDER! When we told the waiter on the 3rd attempt of the incorrect check by almost $40, he attempt to take my debit card. We made him bring a 4th and finally corrected check before allowing him to take payment. This was a Thursday night that was adequately staffed. Sadly, there were flaws throughout that ruined a night.

This is the 3rd time I have come to this restaurant since it opened. I have chosen it in the past, mostly because it is within walking distance from the hotel. I have sat at the bar all 3 times for dinner and this will be the 3rd time that I feel as though I am an intrusion to the staff. "What would you like to drink?"....not "hello", "welcome", or "how are you this evening?" When I asked for a menu, it was a several minutes after I put the menus down before anyone asked if I wanted something....Classic Burger served hot....fresh cut Fries, barely lukewarm....IPA beer was tasty but not very cold. No one has asked if everything is satisfactory since the food has been served. This is the LAST time that I will be disappointed.

Service is good. Went there a couple of times while visiting the area for some training. Food is a little overpriced and not so good. I got the spicey, chicken pasta dish. It was way too spicey. I could not finish it. Several of the other people in my group ordered steaks and none of them was complete satisfied. Seemed like the steaks were overcooked. Desserts were absolutely amazing on our first visit. However, during my last visit a few weeks later, I got the chocolate thunder and it was not what i was expecting. It was very dry, I couldnt even finish it. Atmosphere is ok, however, they close too early. 11pm on a Friday night? The bar was full with more than 25 patrons yet they still closed. Bad business decision.

A very nice rustic log cabin look. A nice outdoor section with fire place. Make sure you come early or call ahead as it can take awhile to be seated. We were told a half hour wait, a group or two after was told theyd have to wait an hour. Once seated though things went great. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. Food came out surprisingly quick and was well portioned and tasty. Some of the prices were a little on the high side (the fish and chips special was $24 for example) The central floor by the bar is glass allowing you to look down into the brewery. That was cool, though didnt get to look for very long. Over all, great place, will definitely look into stopping back again sometime.

we spent 2 hours there, the night was slow for them, there was no wait and half the restaurant wasnt even filled, but it took forever just to get us drinks and our order in, then even the salad took a good half hour to arrive. the food was good but pricey. their root beer was good. the ribs were decent but the sweet potato fries were so thin it felt like you were eating the crispy skins of the fries that no one likes. me and my bf decided we would not be back, which says alot for us, it took way too long and the waitress forgot one of my sides which took another 10 minutes to get. the wait was what killed it for us.

Have always enjoyed this restaurant, but was most disappointed tonight. I ordered the scampi and for that price you dont even get a small salad. I received a dish of chopped up tasteless Angel hair pasta with a few shrimp and scallops and garlic bread. We informed the waitress that we were ladies out for the evening and wanted to chat, however she was in a hurry to get us in and out. The best was when an elderly lady in our group ordered a beer, she put down the bottle as if she was serving a group of kids and we had to ask for a glass...and she seemed surprised. This restaurant is off my list.....

New to the area, in here visiting family. The service was terrible. We had to ask for our honey mustard 3 times, our waitress put a hot plate in front of my 14 month old child. I am very disappointed with the service. She was not friendly didnt seem like she wanted to deal with us. When we were done we asked for to go boxes and then threw them on the table. Didnt once smile or ask how the food was. Very disappointed. But the food was really good the "hot mess" was one of the best burgers Ive had. My in law had the honey chicken wrap, very good.
