Went on a slow day, two cars in drive thru... We were told to pull up and wait for chicken to finish, thats fine, love that idea. Then we were forgotten and three other cars went after us and an employee came out asking us why we were here, replied waiting on chicken to finish supposedly. She apologized, went back and we waited another ten-ish minutes (about 20min total now sitting at the curb), then were brought a VERY cold shrimp po-boy and the honey spicy chicken with no sauce on it... So basically just spicy chicken. I considered walking in and refilling the drink I had finished ten minutes ago, but nah, Im never coming back here, so Ill go to the beach and forget this trip to get lunch and get some legit seafood for dinner :) not waste the day or beach time worrying about the poorly-staffed Popeyes.

This was the worst restaurant. Everytime, I have went we have to wait in the drive thru at the speaker for 5-10 minutes. Then I call, this time the response from the rude employee (judging by her tone or I was inconvenicening her by having to answering the phone) was well I dont have a head set then silence so I ask do you want me to pull around to the window? She said well yes. So I pulled around and she just looked at me and continued her conversation. The manager looked at us and just kept working. After about 5 minutes I drove off.

I have been to many Popeyes, but this one had great service in the means that everyone made an effort to ensure everyone was taken care of. I heard a rude couple who felt entitled order after me, but that happens often and at many places where they complain about everything like some of these reviews before mine. Everyone was working hard and it was by far the best service I have gotten from a fast food establishment in the past 10 years. Keep up the good work, and the food was warm and very good.

We waited 30 mins and never received our food. My brother waited the entire 30 mins up near the counter so he could get the food and bring it to the table when they called. So after 30 mins we confronted the workers and they werent anything but wrong and rude. They gave us our money back and we left. We wont be back any time soon, which is sad because we love the Popeyes in our neighborhood.

What a wonderful Popeyes! Its all new and nicer than any Popeyes Ive visited before. The drive-thru is very efficient and staff are always very nice. The sweet tea is awesome - find myself swinging in for a gallon at a time more than I should. This location is easy to get in and out of. They also have a charging station for your plug-in vehicle. Very nice.

24 minute wait for our food (it was 8 at night)... at least 14 people got their food before us (and ordered after us), and then we Finally get home with our food and realize 3 items missing. What we did get was very good, and I would go again, but not if we were in any kind of hurry like we were this time with groceries in the car.

Waiting 30 minutes for our food till one employe ask if we waiting for an order, she check with the kitchen and they dont have that ticket so they rush but the order was incomplete so we wait additional 15 for fries, employees are more worried about playing around then help the customers

Chicken was hot and fresh, cashier at window was nice as always. The chicken just taste blan. No seasoning. Its like that there sometimes depending on who cooking. I get spicy sometimes just to make sure it has some seasoning on it.my co-worker Curtis refuse to go there.

Just tried to get something to eat and this kid that works there just told me their closed when it was 8:25pm and the drive through doesnt close til 9pm so why is this kid playing outside and telling me they are closed when they are clearly open

Place was dirty, very little flavor of chicken in the chicken, no towels in bathroom, lots of staff...standing around, not helpful with ordering, not mean, just zero customer skills. This place wont last, sorry to say, and with good reason.

Waited for god knows how long. Had to explain my entire order at the window several times, and still didnt leave with everything I ordered. Not suprising cause popeyes service has tanked everywhere. Dont go here, find somewhere else!

I really like Popeyes but this is the worst experience Ive ever had at a Popeyes. Unprofessional staff and I bought a gallon of sweet tea that wasnt sweet and they didnt have a cap to put on the bottle. I ended up throwing it away.
