My kids and I used to come here alot...every Friday to be exact. We love the chicken tenders!!! But, when we came today and ordered the same thing we always do, I was a little disappointed to see that the kids meal has only 1 tender instead of the usual 2. When I asked the server about it, her response was that adults kept ordering it, so they now make it with only 1...but yet the price is still the same. You may want to make a change on the menu to make customers aware of the amount of tenders they will get. Also, age limits on kids meals re send in place for a reason...no adults!!! Now the kids have to lose a portion of their food??? Makes no sense. Just saying. No customer loss here...the food is too good!!

Ill start by saying that the food is great and the Brick Chicken is a place you really want to like. Its a place that has provided a great hometown feel with an excellent beer menu. The tough part to overcome is the service. Its one thing to be slow and another to be unreasonable. After receiving their Brick Bucks they chose not to honor them due the bucks only being able to be used on full priced items (reasonable). Understanding this we offered to pay for the items on special and then use the bucks for the full price items. They then refused to let us separate the items and told us to come back and use them for lunch (unreasonable). Why would you want to come back when you already feel unwelcome?

WoW... Whats not to like! They have Diamond Pro Smart Tables, best pool tables made! Friendly, upscale but casual atmosphere. Great food, good drinks, awesome waitstaff and a few fun games of pool makes for a nice time whether Im with friends or family. Absolutely one of my my favorite go to places in Bluffton. Oh, and did I mention the wings... finger lickin good!

First, their parking lot doesnt have the required number or proximity of disability spots. Second, if youre a wheelchair user, dont bother going in. There are no low tables except for booths where sitting at the end is just annoying, wasteful, and in the way. If you care about these things, dont give places like this your business.

This restaurant has the best wings in Bluffton or Hilton Head. My wife and I love this place. John, the owner, is friendly and the staff is great. They also have happy hour specials during the week and have food specials on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. Definitely recommend if you want good food and a good atmosphere.

Me and my boyfriend like to try new places and this was a great choice, the wings there are great and the service are good but they have their days. Pricing for the food are awesome and they havent let me down yet. Actually better then wild wings ! If youre traveling these are the best wings in the south.

John, the owner is always around. Its good for his clients but bad for him. After you visit a few times in a row the bartenders and waitresses will make sure you feel at home. Its the best place to watch games and have a good time. Food is amazing and they are always willing to adjust to your cravings!

Rupert fries are to die for, the wings are always great, the sweet tea is just right, but sometimes the service can be a little slow depending on which server you get. Ive had wonderful service and terrible service, but the food is worth it! Wish the booths had better cushioning though.

The Rupert Fries will probably put you on the path to a heart attack, but good Lord are they worth it. The nuggets by the half pound are great and their fries are always hot and crispy. Service can be a little slow at times, but Ive never had a problem with calling ahead for takeaway.

We eat here every Tues. for lunch. The people are very nice, quite, and easy to talk to those in your group. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The menu has a wide variety of items all of which are good (at least those Ive tried).

Get the loyalty card!! Great points system & great loyalty member deals! (For example, 24 tasty wings for $9.99!) Sit at the bar, way better than the tables.
