The location on N Tryon has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service the world has ever seen. Every single time that I have been here I have to get my order corrected. Its almost like the people who work there either dont listen, or cant read. Every employee I have had an interaction with here has an attitude, even the "Manager". The entire staff of this restaurant needs to be replaced. If I ever go there again and receive the type of service that I have in the past I will be requesting to speak directly with the general manager. there is no way that this establishment can be this bad and the GM not know it.

The manager or assistant manager talked too much. I ordered dark meat platter and he left it in,the counter to socialize with a customer at the drive through. There was another person there servicing drive through. I stood there two minutes waiting for him to turn around , stop talking, and give my order to me. He turned and realized what he has done and said oops! or oh..not sure...no apology. I said nothing to him. He was manager or assistant manager. Didnt get his name. The food was excellent.

I only gave one star because it was the only way to give a review. The entire staff is super rude, inconsiderate, and slow. I was in the drive thru line for THIRTY minutes! ! Upon pulling up to the payment window they were QUICK to slide my card then for the next 25 minutes not a single person came to the window to tell me what the hold up was or say that they were sorry for my wait or ANYTHING. On top of the no apologies for my 30 min wait I didnt even receive fresh food.

The worst fast food place Ive ever been in first we walk in the cashier laughing and playing with two boys that already had their food so I said can you take our order please she started taking the order in the middle of taking the order she cut us off to play again the manager in the background laughing and playing with the crew yelling across the place so we finally walked out all this happened today 4/2/2017 between 4:30pm and 4:45pm I will never go to this Popeyes again

Not sure why everyone is rating this place so negatively with only one star. The service isnt THAT great but the food is good and pretty quick. The first time I came, I was missing an item from my order. The second time I came, I requested two orders of fries and I guess she misunderstood me and add two orders of fries AND rice. Once I realized it I didnt mind it cause I love rice and it was inexpensive. They got my order wrong twice so that is annoying.

Staff is good. Ms. Jackie is a special gem. Shes SO warm & friendly, makes you want to visit again. Food is typical deliciously seasoned Popeyes chicken. Locals are hit or miss, but cant blame restaurant. Opps for improvement - seating area can be maintained better & they can eliminate the unnecessary Waffle House-style order shouting.

Unfortunately I would not dine here again. Appearance goes a long way and this place is seriously lacking. From the mechanics shop next door with engines laid out on the ground, to the appearance and attitudes of the staff, they could have picked better. For an eight dollar lunch, I expect better accommodations and service.

Had to wait 25 mins for a damn 5 dollar box and order was still messed up and cold worst place ever go to kfc or bojangles even churches is better....place needs major improvement or i dobt belive they will stay open long

I was greeted when i came in. Food was hot and fresh. Fries hot, biscuits were buttery. Staff was polite. Service was fast... And it like this every time I visit... Love it. Keep up the great work.

Waited 17 mins for chicken tenders and still ended up getting the chicken tenders that sat under the heater for a long time and were dry and hard. Still dont get what the wait was for smh.

Waited 12 minutes for chicken wings. It was about 6:20 on a weekday. You would think that chicken would be constantly frying, especially when its about the dinner rush hour.

They need one more person to pack the food. You have to wait for cashier to take orders. Drive through maybe a little faster. This was was after 1pm.
