My family of 4 ordered takeout from this restaurant. I called at 5:17pm and was told our food would be ready in 40 minutes. I arrived at 6pm, and the hostess said she would check on it. She returned and said they were just putting everything together. Fifteen minutes later, I asked her to check on it again. She returned 5 minutes later and said they forgot the fish taco and it would be another 5 minutes. At 6:35pm, she handed me a bag. Given my experience, I decided to check the order. I was not surprised to see they gave me childrens chicken sliders instead of childrens hamburger sliders with cheese. She insisted they did not have childrens hamburger sliders on the menu, so I could not possibly have ordered them. I grabbed a menu and pointed to them on their menu. She sheepishly conceded the point and retrieved the manager at my request. The manager told her to comp the sliders and rushed them out in another 10 minutes. I have since returned home, and I am not surprised to see my credit card was not credited with the amount of the sliders. I will not be going back, and I strongly recommend all others stay away.

My husband and I were looking forward to eating here but were greatly disappointed. I ordered the shrimp boil; the shrimp were not fresh and were tough, and the potatoes were hard and undercooked. My husband ordered the all-you-can-eat crab legs($15.95) and was brought crab boil. We didnt realize he had received the wrong dish until we received the bill--which charged us $49 for the crab legs!--that the server had ordered the crab boil and NOT the $15.95 all-you-can-eat crab legs and had tacked on a separate order for crab legs when my husband asked for more. When we pointed out the mistake to the server, he addressed this to the manager, who still charged us $29.99 for the crab boil! Again, NOT what we had ordered. Then the manager refused to honor a coupon for $5 off our meal since he had already taken off $20 for the extra order for crab legs--a mistake made by the server, not us. The service was slow, the music was too loud, and the food, not so great. We will NEVER eat here again, nor will we recommend it to others.

Made reservations 3 hours prior to dinner. Our party of 15 were seated immediately upon arrival. Drink order was taken as well. Appetizers came hot and delicious! Queso Blanco was amazing and wings were great. Meals were priced reasonably and everyone was served at the same time. I would for sure go back for another dinner with my family. Its not only mexican! which was great for us because not all 15 of us liked mexican food. I ordered the ribs and they were so good I took my leftovers home. The olympics were on the TV in our dining area which was great because USA womens soccer was on. There were easily 20 TVs in there which I love. We visit hilton head island every year from NY and this will be a place we dine every vacation!! THANKS AUNT CHILADAS!!

Seated immediately and table service was both friendly and efficient! The menu has very little on it for someone who is not much of a consumer of meat (lots of appealing dishes had taco meat, which could easily be omitted, but also had tacos and or rice...both of which I would rather not have). I was hoping for a burrito salad with lettuce, salsa, beans, cheese, avocado, sour cream--in a bowl. Pretty basic, but sadly, not to be found on their menu. I ordered the tomato, avocado salad for $8. It had chopped iceberg lettuce, about half a sliced avocado, 5-6 slices of tomato, some red onion on top and a smattering of cheese. No discernible dressing on the salad. I doctored it up with hot sauce (on the table) and some salt and pepper.

One star because of no take out. Was told take out starts at 9pm. Cant comment on the food. I cant quite understand why a restaurant wouldnt offer take out unless it was outside their means in the kitchen. The menu looked good however with an infant / toddler with sleeping schedules our dinners have to be takeout. Edit: added two stars because owner replied. One star was harsh for not having take out. 3 is more appropriate. I understand the reasoning but if there is a high demand for takeout then you should view this as an opportunity and not a constraint. If not a high demand then a few takeout orders wouldnt overload the kitchen. Either way not having takeout option for a restaurant is an odd decision.

After being seated and ordered our food for the family of 6, a bunch of loud drunks came in and ruined the environment. Then they brought out the food. My wifes 9 oz steak was well undercooked and hade 50% fat to it. We asked for another. My steak fajjitas had no wraps so i asked for them. Finally had to walk over to the waitress after 10 minutes to ask again. Finally got them. Took about 20 minutes for my wifes steak to rearrive. It was undercookekek as well. She even ask for it to be cooked longer. Nedless to say my wife didnt even get to eat. Not the night i was hoping for! They took off the steak but that was expected since not a single bite was taken.

Weve been vacationing on the island for 5 years; and, every year we dine at Aunt Chiladas. This year, we waited for an hour after calling ahead and were told 3 times that it would be "5 more minutes." So, we waited outside in record heat. When we finally got seated, we were waited on by a very pleasant woman who had no business waiting tables. Service was ridiculously poor and, unsanitary. We rarely saw her, drinks ran out--when we hunted her down to refill the drinks, she grabbed 4 at a time, without regard to whos cup belong to whom. She was a piece of work. But, it was our first bad experience in 5 years and so bad, we WONT BE BACK :(

Its like a sports bar with a multitude of TVs and LOUD music. Everyone in our party of 7 was pleased with the food. There is something for everyone - Mexican, seafood, steaks, pasta, and lots of appetizers (even our fussy teenagers found something they liked). We called at 7:30P on a Sunday night (holiday weekend) for a reservation, were told 30 min and when we got there 20 min later, the table was ready. The service was outstanding - quick and polite. Prices were about average for similar places - like Applebees, Chilis, etc. We would go again.

The server was great. Were were there on Cinco de Mayo, so we expected it to be busy. I dont drink a lot, but am pretty sure the margaritas were really short on tequila. I had 2 really large margaritas and didnt feel a buzz at all. That should be criminal. Also, the food was NOT very good. I had the burrito bowl and it was just a bunch of TASTELESS food thrown together in a bowl with some kind of tasteless sauce. I could have made it MUCH better than that, but we wanted to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Guess we wont be going back. :(
