I visited this restaurant on 11/30/16. This was the worst experience I have ever had. There was a gentleman dining here with his family that may have had something mentally wrong with him. One of the waitresses was at a table that had 3 other gentleman sitting there and they were making fun of him and mocking him. I was infuriated! I asked for a manager and was told one wouldnt be there until 3pm. I explained my disgust to my waitress and she acknowledged she new what i was talking about. After the gentleman left another customer joined in with the waitress and 3 other gentleman. I at that point got up and cancelled my order and left. I tried to call to speak to the manager, left my name and number and have yet to receive a call back. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN! I will continue to try and contact the manager. This was UNACCEPTABLE!

I have had two experiences at The Parkway House. My first experience I had country fried steak and it tasted great! Unfortunately I woke up the next morning with food poisoning and was sick all day. That was over a year ago. I refused to ever go back since I was hovered over a toilet for a day from eating there. Over the past six months I have become a vegetarian and decided I would give it another try since I had no chance of getting food poisoning, since I was not eating meat. I got a to go order of spaghetti with MARINARA sauce. I get home and it is covered in meat sauce! I will never give the Parkway House another try, but if you do I recommend staying away from the Country fried steak. I stomach churns thinking about it!

The pregnant waitress we had this morning was too busy talking to her friends to properly take our order. Example: she never asked which type of cheese we wanted on our vegetable omelettes.she continued to talk to her friends at the next table finally another waitress brought our food to us which we discovered we didnt have cheese on the omelets asked her to bring us a piece of cheese she went back then then brought her friends their food and by the time she brought us a cheese that would melt on the omelette so we left.

My daughter & I wanted to dine @this place the staff was not very nice waitress rolled her eyes as she left the table. We left restaurant without eating because of the way we were treated, however, they werent that way to all of their patrons...only certain ones. They were over the top with their service with others. I wish I could give them -0 stars just for being what they are.

We have been going there ever since we stopped the first time while traveling & now 2 years later we stop whenever we are in the Concord area or have been to the race track, my sister is flying in today @ dinner time & thats where we will be stopping for dinner. The service, food, & pricing are A++++

Water was dripping from A/C vents on the ceiling which the surrounding tiles has mold. The water was dripping onto our table. Food was just ok / slightly below average. The staff was friendly though the server initially forgot part of our order.

First time here.....Fantastic! Wait staff friendly, food great and they fulfilled my pet peeve - coffee was refilled as needed by whomever was carrying a pot of coffee, not just by our waitress. Cant wait to go back!

I ordered a western omelette with cheddar cheese and extra mushrooms. The omelette had a lot of american cheese in it and no mushrooms. The hash-browns were barely done. First and last visit here!!!

Right near the speedway, great fresh made food at a really reasonable price. Ended up coming here two days in a row for lunch. The Sunday country fried steak special was awesome.
