The wings are massive and so so crispy! Their sauce is good, but I think next time Ill ask for naked wings with the sauce on the side. Caprese salad was phenomenal. Their bleu cheese dressing was homemade and SO GOOD. Everything was so much cheaper than we expected too! It was crazy. The cool came out and thanked us for coming and made sure everything was great. He was extremely gracious of our kind words, real nice guy. The wait time was short and we were one of two tables in the place. I cant wait to eat these wings again! Im a Buffalo native and am very picky about my wings

Food is five stars. But heres the problem. No prices or menus at ALL. No wait staff. Itd almost as if they are too cheap to pay for waiters. Like wtf. Then you dont even have a food ticket, they give you these Italian words you cant pronounce on a card that the food runners have to search for to give you your food. You cant order a single piece of stromboli without buying ten bucks worth . Cmon guys . With food this good who the hell is running this show. Get a damn manager for Christ sake. Stafanos should be embarrassed.

Best pizza in Florence (along with Stefanos, of course :-)). And their desserts are the best ever! The Reeses cheesecake is the most delicious Ive ever had, not too sweet and the perfect consistency. The experience would be even better if the menu options were more clear and the dessert window had labels, but the staff are all so friendly it wasnt any trouble to ask them questions. I highly recommend it! UPDATE: They now have menus printed, so I would say theyre on top of things! :)

A warm, family-friendly atmosphere that offers delicious Italian cuisine along with superb customer service. Every time Ive been there, it has always been a quick, fluid process with excellent food quality. The staff is always walking around asking everyone how their food is, if they need anything, and just making sure that the customers experience is fantastic. This is a wonderful restaurant.

Usually I love it here. Tonight however was different. I called in and ordered a chef salad, I arrived home with no dressing, no oil, and no bread. I called and spoke with a Todd and he had an I dont care attitude. No apology what so ever. I am very disappointed with them.

Very disappointed. Ordered Fettuccine with Alfredo sauce and Chicken. So many little bones and poorly seasoned. Very underwhelmed. I called the restaurant and asked what kind of chicken was in the fettuccine and was advised it was boneless chicken breast.

The food excellent and the staff is very polite. I have been 3 times and tried different things. Enjoyed every meal. I would have given 5 stars but the service is SLOW, like GRANDMA SLOW, so dont be in hurry. They really need to work on that.
