Let me start off by saying that NEVER EVER EVER in my life had i had to wait 5 hours for anything! I ordered two salads from Olivias on March 7th at 6:30pm i was told to expect my order at 7:30 or 7:45 at the latest. Keep in mind that Ive ordered food from grubhub countless times and never really had to wait the entire hour for my food, but if i did have to wait a hour and 15 mins i would completely understand. So a hour and 30 mins passes by i try to call the store to see how much longer they will be, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. So i continued to wait by this time 2 hours has passed by now i figured its time to call the Grubhub customer service( which is the site thats vendors to online food delivery places such as this one that i ordered from) since i ordered through Grubhub they checked into it and told be to just wait on it .. 2 hours and 30 mins now elapsed since my initial order so i call grubhub again and no disrespect to grubhub at all because they were very apologetic, understanding and helpful each time Ive called. They gave me a $10 grub voucher for future orders and let me know that the food should be there soon enough... Long story short its now 11:47pm and i still have yet to receive my food i called grubhub again for the 5th time and they was very helpful like always but the store manager lies to them and told them that they tried to deliver the food but no one answered... BULLSHIT! All me and my roommate been doing for the last 4 hours and 30 mins was talking about how crazy it is that we still havent gotten or food and contemplating on kicking the delivery mans ass whenever he did show up, but we came to the conclusion that we had entirely to much to lose and despite how good that may have sounded it was still a bad idea. Anyways the manager then calls me and tells me that the driver got caught in the snow which i think is a lie because why would he tell grubhub that i wasnt here but tell me he got stuck in the snow... LIES LIES LIES! So all in all it was my first and LAST time ordering from Olivias, i dont know if these people was attempting the grow the lettuce but it shouldnt take 5 hours to deliver 2 salads. But i want to end this review complimenting Grubhub on their excellent customer service but that particular restaurant should be closed, set a flame, and pissed on from demons of another world.. Thank You

New ownership so we thought we would give it a try and hope for the best. Glad we did! The food was really good. We ordered stuffed shells and pizza and my daughter commented that they had the "good ranch" for all the ranch lovers who know the struggle. It was clean with no more smoky dining room, dirty ceiling tiles and lights or servers who had a few screws loose. Our waitress was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back and telling more people to try out the new Luigis Pizza. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I will never order from this place. I thought Id try something new instead of pizza. Ordered at 6:13 got it at 8:00 Food extremely cold and I had 2 prices of small chicken in my grilled chicken salad I got and I got no ranch!!! So I had too eat it plain... Will never tell people about this place!! Save your money better off ordering dominos

So disgusting. Their meat is fake and frozen. I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and the "chicken" was low quality crap you could get in the frozen aisle at food lion. My husband ordered the meatball sub and that was just as bad. The best thing about this meal was throwing it in the garbage where it belonged. Absolutely GROSS.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Ordered my food and never got it!!! Called multiple times and never got an answer. Finally got someone on the phone and she wanted me stay on the phone with her to give her step by step directions!! She is literally the dumbest person Ive met. And I NEVER call people dumb!

Food is awesome. I tasted the steak stromboli. Magnificent!!! It was huge and served with a big bowl of marinara sauce. I shall return. I would give Luigis Pizza 10 more points, for deliciousness, cleanliness, great service. Convenient location!

Over priced, over cooked. Took an hour to deliver. Onion rings fried to the point of being burnt, greek salad didnt have correct olives or the vinegar & oil. Feta cheese decent. Baklava frozen.Definitely not worth $20.60 plus tip.

Pizza was delicious. Staff were super friendly. Prices were fair. Place is a basic no-frills pizza stop and it pulled that of perfectly so five stars!
