During my travels I almost always eat at Olive Garden and always has a pleasant experience. I also never post reviews for anyone However while at this location I am so displeased with my experience. First my waitress approaches me with a marijuana odor mind you there is no one else around so it must be coming from her but I over looked it thinking this couldnt be. Then she comes back to get my order and I smell it again but I order anyway. Then while waiting on my good, I hear the two hostess who are talking very loudly about how they never get raises other people make more than they do like the bussers, Im thinking wow, this is not the Olive Garden Im used to! Being and HR Manager O I have a message for Olive Garden...... you might want to send some leadership to this location. There is no way this location will continue turning a profit without good quality people!

We were traveling and ordered to go and when we got there we changed our mind to dine in. We informed the hostess to accommodate this request and we got no response. Few minutes later the other hostess came in with the Togo and was asked if we are ready. We again insisted can we at least sit at the bar and finish our meal her response "I will have to ask the manager" . I was shocked with this response; we had paid for this order and were refused to be seated. Never experienced such discrimation but I am not expecting Olive Garden would actually do something about it . It is sad to say to goodbye to my favorite food chain.

Good food. The service was AWWSOME!!! Even though the table behind us was giving the waiter (Jay) a really hard time, he was always professional, very courteous, had a smile on his face and actually left, even the table with the buttholes, a kind word written down on a piece of paper. If and when we go back we will ask for Jaylen or Jay for short as he says to be our waiter. We even told the manager how pleased we were with the service Jay provided us.

We thought that all menu items were but one get one free. We ordered then ask. The waitress told us yes thats going on but Failed to tell us what we ordered was not buy one get one free. I was really upset after that newd. But she did ask if we wanted,a new order of 5 different meals on list. We dropped 100 on dinner for two adults and three teenagers as usual, but Im really upset with the waiter not tell us after asking about the special.

Worst Italian meal Ive EVER had (and I had lots of bad Italian food across the world...). Unfortunately after 10 days we were really craving for some pasta (we are Italians), and we gave this a go (as it had a 24 points rating on Zagat). Utterly horrible, not even the children could eat their food. And Im not exaggerating, spaghetti from the tin are 1000 times better, and tonight Ive really missed a Big Mac!!!

My colleague and I walked into the bar area to a table littered in crumbs. The staff assured us theyd be with us shortly, yet we waited a good 10 minutes, watching others arriving after us get seated and serviced. The primary restaurant seating area had a wait, despite being almost completely devoid of customers.

We went to Olive Garden on 2901 West Radio Road in Florence tonight for dinner and we had a really nice waitress and would like them to know she treated us very well we would ask for her again when we come back her name was Brittney K. We enjoy eating there and enjoy it when we have great service..

Olive Gardens service is awesome especially our waitress Carole. When I get good service, I tip well and I hate having to ask for good service. Carole was on point from the moment she stepped to our table. Go get yourself some fresh food and great service!!!!

Food was delicious and came out pretty quickly for it being rush hour dinner time. The waiter we had was amazing, always making sure our drinks were full and checking in on us every 5-10 minutes or so.

Its a consistent Olive Garden. Its Olive Garden Italian so enjoy the great bread sticks and your mediocre Italian food. You know what you are getting and thats not always a bad thing.

Great service and good food. Waitstaff is awesome. I have been here when its not crowded and on Sunday lunch when line is out the door. Prompt service each way, no issues.
