The BBQ is quite tasty, but can be a little greasy. I notice the grease if I put it in the fridge overnight. The sides are OK - greens are good, pinto beans are fair, homemade french fries are excellent. The best thing they serve is the sweet potato casserole. Unfortunately, the word is out and they run out of it almost every day. I dont understand how you can run out of something day after day. For Petes sake, make some more!! If Ted ever asked (not likely), Id tell him to make more sweet potatoes, make baked beans and get rid of the pintos, cook leaner pork and expand your outdoor dining area. I think your business would double. Dont get me wrong, I think they have the best BBQ in town. I hope that my criticisms only make the place better.

First off Zero stars is worth it for this spot this was the worse barbq Ive ever tasted if you know bar bq the meat would taste like it came from a grill all the meat is boiled with bar bq sauce added to trick someone if this was a real bar bq place you will see smoke coming from a pit or from some where in this building there was no smoke it smelled like barbq when you first walk in thats because its bar bq scented candles buring to trick the customers the food have no flavor the sweet tea and lemonade was watered down and tasteless the only thing that was ok was the greens the french fries and the sweet potatoes only than that you is gonna pay almost $20 for boil bar bq so dont waste ya time just ride to Ga if you want real bar bq.

This is by far the best bbq in the southeast, bar none. He cleans all the fat out of the meat and no one does that, no one. everything I had was excellent, and personally I hate baked beans, pintos are a great innovation as baked are a dime a dozen. Great BBQ joints sell out of food on a daily basis, that is the way it is supposed to be. I dont know Ted personally, but if I did I would shake his hand and tell him to keep up the good work, I have no critisisms at all. I think reviews are made to rate what they have, not what you prefer...

My wife and I are regular customers for the past year. By far this is the best BBQ around this area. I recommend it. One quick comment, we were there Saturday March 15, 2014 and the beans were very salty. My wife complained to the lady at the counter and was treated very unprofessionally. Maybe she was having a hard day I understand that but maybe she should have treated my wife a little more pleasant. Anyways we will continue to come in and enjoy their delicious BBQ.....Keep up the good cooking......

Have to say i love bar b q...love trying new places when i get to town. Especially southern..but this lacked any flavor. No smoke ring around the bark. No real smoke flavor at all. Sauce was basically a brown colored vinegar which was overwhelming. Drinks over priced and sitting in a barrel of ice water, and were still warm. Needless to say this was the one and only time i will be here.

The best bbq anywhere in my opinion! The staff is so nice and genuine, its refreshing to see that anywhere! I got the sweet potato casserole which is a must-have! Everything tasted fresh and not a piece of fat was on my pulled pork. I great location, great staff, wonderful decor (the bathrooms are adorable) and a positive and happy staff ! WILL BE BACK!

Pulled Pork was boiled after smoking, was relatively void of flavor. BBQ sauce was decent. The ribs had cayenne pepper sprinkled on it, hope you like hot and greasy and were obviously never near a smoker. The coleslaw was blah. The Brunswick Stew was probably the best i have ever had the one shining spot on the dining experience.

Loved it. Had pulled pork sandwich and tasted the BBQ chicken. Both were wonderful. BBQ sauce was just right. A nice choice of sides is offered, my favorite today was the potato salad. Atmosphere is typical for a BBQ place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stop.

The ribs were boiled with BBQ sauce thrown on top. No smoke coming out of the top of this restaurant. The cole slaw had no taste. Fries were not bad. Person taking orders acted like they did not care if you were there. It does not fit the definition of a real BBQ restaurant.

Food was amazing. Well priced for what you receive. I got a half slab plate and couldnt finish the whole meal. And Im not a slacker when it comes to eating. The owners were very nice and welcoming, what you expect from people from the south.

Saturday night. 6:30 pm. Out of ribs. Out of chicken. Only beer is pbr floating in water, no ice visible. Are you serious??? This place wont last 6 more months. Seems they are closed alot. They might as well be!

If you like BBQ ribs and really good fixins then you will love this place. However, if your a BBQ sandwich fan dont even bother showing up. The owner cant figure out how to buy a bag of buns.
