7/03/2016 .. Came home from work craving some taco bells picked up my son & my fiancé .. It was 12:05pm when we arrived the line was long but I waited .. 59 minutes passed and I finally got to order my food .. I was so hungry came home from a 12/8:45 shift wanting some tacos .. There were some cars a head of Me that had a problem with the "manager " because of beeping their horn, a car couple cars behind me beeped the horn " CASSANDRA GRECO " that said she CASSANDRA GRECOwas the manager .. Looked out and yelled out was that you guys.. We quickly said no and I told her maybe the line needs to hurry up.. ( all she was doing was talking to her friend inside standing around ) she CASSANDRA GRECO waited for me to get to the window for her to tell me she was not going to serve me ! My 2yr old son was in the back sleeping with his nobbing me starving and so was my fiancé .. Here I am hungry going to bed because nothing is opened so I will have to wait till tmw .. .. I want to thank CASSANDRA GRECO FOR MAKING MY NIGHT LONGER THAN IT SEEM... I will be calling corporations tomorrow... Never again such a bad experience

I came here a couple days ago with my girlfriend and the service was terrible. They had no business and it was at 10 at night so there was no reason for the service to be so bad. When we got up to the line (inside the restaurant) there was no one at the counter to take our order. We stood there waiting for a good 5 minutes until the girl finally got off her phone and came to take our order. After we had our food we wanted a side of sour cream, so I went up to order some sour cream and the lady again took even longer to come to the register. It took 10 minutes for her to bring out the side of sour cream, and she gave it to me in a bag. The container was basically empty too. Overall the place was gross with flies everywhere and rude workers who didnt even do their job or please their customers. Food was ok.

Pardon my french, but this location of Taco Bell F***ing SUCKS!! The employees are always NASTY, RUDE, and GROSS!! The girl who took my order was scratching at her eye, then poured my freezee, then when I brought it to her attention how gross that was, she rolled her eyes, and basically threw a temper tantrum. They have absolutely NO MANNERS!! You say "thank you" and they blatantly ignore you, and are the MOST IGNORANT group of people I have ever met. Unfortunately, this location is very close to my home, and the food is quick and good, but if it werent for that, I would NEVER EVER eat here again, and to top it off, its somewhat expensive for "fast food". If there was a way to give negative stars I would.

Service member rude alot of horseing around near food and one girl did nuttin but use fowl language while customers were in store very disturbing i believe her name was liz. Heard one of the giys working tell her to watch what she is saying about hear swearing while customers was in store and she gave him a attitude like i dont care who is hear will neva go back to that taco bell and will let everyone no of the unprofessionalism of the worker thier and the shift manager let her get away with it real nice so i rate this store very poor

Completely horrible customer service. They the staff is slow. I had an issue and was not giving the correct change the manager came out looking high as a kite.I received my correct change, then had to wait from 6.23-6.38 for my food, this time the wait time wasnt that bad I have had to wait up to 20 minutes for my food in previous trips to this Taco Bell. The only reason I continue to go to this one is because its closest one to my house.

At least let the guest know that you are finished serving before close instead of ignoring them. I can accept being told that business was slow, and you cleaned/closed the kitchen early, but at least act like participants of the service industry and acknowledge people waiting in an unobserved line and let them know that you arent interested in a sale, and let them know that they will be making their own dinner.

Giving one star is to much....place an order inside...wait over 20+ minutes to get the order...get home and realize something wasnt made right! This was my last visit to this taco bell! Ill take my business to attleboro where clearly they know how to make the order right the first time and even on a busy day you get your food quick.

Waited half hour for 2 grillers June 10 Around 9:00pm. Asked for my reciept back and apologized for the wait, not even more than 10 people inside already sat down and 3 people in drive thru. What was supposed to be a quick eat turned out to be a half hour for something so simple. Will never come back to this taco bell

Horrible all kids working playing around carrying on all the time manager does not care all cold meat and they can not make the different burritos ordered a combo burrito was filled with potatoes and and the other combo I got was a supreme soft taco. 3rd time it happened will go to cilantro now

As Taco Bells go, this is one to avoid. They move at a snails pace and seem to not care that it took almost 20 minutes to get me my order... and the another 3 minutes while they made the rest of the order they forgot.

Staff is friendly, but food ALWAYS takes FOREVER! I have waited over 20 mins on numerous occasions, which is pathetic for a fast food chain. And they ALWAYS MESS UP YOUR ORDER!!!!!!!!
