It is 6:42 pm on a sat night. I am sitting in the restaurant as I type. We have been here and seated since 5:15. We got seated right away. But then once seated it went downhill from there. It took fifteen minutes for us to receive just our drinks. Our order wasnt even taken. Once the drinks came our order was taken. After waiting about an hour (6:30) we received our food. It was all cold. It had to have been sitting for a long time. I ordered a burger an the cheese was not even melted anymore. We told the waitress and she told us she would get the manager. It told him over five minutes to come to our table. They did apologize and took our food off. Which was great. But for a review it was not a good experience for this location. Id wait until they have been open for a year. To let them get there staff straight.

Horrible customer service. Sat at the bar, bartender was unfriendly and took a while to greet me and then take my order. Ordered 10 boneless wings and an order of fries, took 20 mins to come out and food was cold/room temperature. This is my 3rd time dining at this location and will be my last as everytime has not been similar to the last but has gotten worse. I dont normally complain but the 3rd time was "a charm". If youre looking for wings Boneyard in Attelboro on rt 152 or PJs pub in Cranston is the place to go. Tbh Id rather eat at a dive bar than eat here again. Chain resturants need to step their game up.

The service here is fine, the food is just completely mediocre. Im not sure if they employ any actual cooks - everything Ive ordered seems to be microwaved food. Theres not much in the way of dishes, either. Youll get cardboard containers. I think this is their business model - keep the overhead as low as possible with less cooking/cleaning. Pricing is fair at best. There are a lot of large TVs for sports, and they have tablets with trivia games/poker that you can play and compete with other customers in the restaurant. Its not a bad restaurant, but I wouldnt go there with high expectations.

No one at hostess stand to seat us upon arrival. Waied. So loud, waitress didnt hear my drink order correctly. Waited for new drink. I put a medication pill on table to take when drink arrived; waitress removed it; thought it was a piece of paper. Ordered burger medium rare; came well done. When it came time to sign my credit card slip, it had to be voided and rerun as a dessert, we didnt order, was inadvertently included on bill. Waited! Will I return? I can wait.

This place is down right terrible ! We were waiting for 2 hours and we had to have the manager give us our food. My brother ordered ranch and after 15 minutes they gave it to the wrong person. They charge for blue cheese and celery when you order wings. Our server didnt know the menu, put our orders in wrong and then lied when he got our order wrong and stated thats how it comes here. Dont go here until they straighten themselves out.

The only reason im giving even the one star is for the manager Terri who tried her best to accomodate me as she canceled out my bill. She even offered me free lunch if i come back. Was served a dried out burger the size of a donut with a small handful of fries for ten bucks. Garbage....one girl said i should have had the wings....then why have burgers on the menu? Fancy televisions everywhere..music playing....lousy food...im all set.

My family and I went there tonight. Weve been there about 4 times at this location. Today was exceptional and I felt the waitress deserved some recognition. Nikki was great! checked on us frequently, generally just a nice friendly person. Someone I would want to be my waitress. Really enjoyed the experience today. Its service like that that makes me give this location a 5.

Service is slow at all of the Buffalo Wild Wings. Im honestly not sure why. I only go because there really arent any other wing places in the area. Once Boneheads Unplugged opens their sit down restaurant in Fall River, we probably wont come back to the Seekonk BWW. Pro Tip: Our last trip here my wife tried a burger. It was terrible. Stick to the wings.

Horrible. "Go with what you know". Do not patronize this big chain restaurant. I dont care to waste my time to post on the internet my bad experience here. Go somewhere else. If you want good service, food and a bartender who does not "measure" your alcohol and a manager call you "buddy" for calling them out on bad food and drinks, go somewhere else.

New location in Seekonk right on Route 6. Insane amount of TVs with basically every game on. It does get pretty crowded here, so service can be a little slow, and it seems like every time we come one of our orders is missing. Kind of chaotic. Overall, cool place to watch a game and grab some wings, if you dont care too much about prompt service.

Ordered Steak as a wrap and there was barely any meat and it was overcooked. Ordered mac and cheese as a side and the pasta was al dente and sauce was watery. Cheese curds, wings and breaded mushrooms were good. Server was pleasant.

Consistent, good food. Fun atmosphere with all the TVs playing various sports. Noise level is on the high side. FYI, you can order wings "extra crispy" to cut some of the skin fat. If you like more sauce order them "extra wet."

No wait. Not busy at 2:30. Waiter took drink order. Took 15 mins for a beer minus the soda. Waited another 5 mins , walked out and left. Pretty bad service for a new restaurant just opened
