Love Chipotle and their food but this is the second time I have placed an order online for pick up in Billerica; I walk in, have to wait in line for them to tell me my order isnt ready and have no idea where the slip is for my order. Let alone there are three people standing in line while 5-6 workers just stand in the back staring at us but never help with orders. If you want an open concept kitchen, employees need to jump up and help out when customers walk in.

Chipotle usually gets a 4-5 star rating from me depending on location although this one in particular seems to struggle with making me decent burritos. Before the end of the food line my burrito always rips and sometimes they try and ignore it! Ive had to speak up to ask for a new burrito before. They also seem to never have sofritas ready, I always get the scrapings during lunch time.

This location cant seem to get act together. Cannot handle large crowds. Slow service when busy. Cleanliness of tables and trash not kept up with regularly. Manager presence never visible. Hope improves due to being local. UPDATE: Staff improved. Service is quicker and cleanliness is improved. Location has been slow since Chipotle scandal. Should improve soon.

Great location. Very friendly staff. I went there at 9.56 pm 4 min before closing time yet they served me and were very good. The place is clean and food is good. For family I usually prefer bowl over burrito. Their beans dont have lard in them so more options for vegetarians. Would definitely recommend and return to same location

Great location and friendly staff. Always have a great experience. If it wasnt for the human garbage that call Billerica home Im sure this chipotle would have a five star rating. Burritos tear it happens grow up. This store is spotless and the staff is friendly and well trained.

The chicken is never flavored well enough and the guacamole sucks! the chips are always too salty or under cooked! the white people at this location cant cook at all! this location needs to hire more Mexicans. If they hired more Hispanics to cook the food, it would taste better.

Place is not clean tables are all filthy and dust, i had to clean my own table. Employees just standing outside. They are friendly but lazy need to improve on hygiene. Before they get another infectious bug.

I love this Chipotle. Staff is friendly and food is always on point. My wife and I frequent this location 4-5 times a week and never have a bad experience. Chiptopia program is amazing!

Yes. They closed once because an employee got sick. I dont think this is a big deal. I eat here multiple times a week and have never gotten sick. Great burritos!
