Food was ok. Service was absolutely horrible ! From the moment we walked in , our waitress (Jennifer) seemed to be annoyed at our presence . She was very rude . Not only did she give us the cold shoulder , she rolled her eyes at my 9 year old daughter for asking for vinegar, she was also throwing around our food . At the end of our meal (which I will say that it is usually very good . But with the service we got this time around it was very hard to enjoy it ) all of us except my 9 year old got ice cream (mind you she got pasta from the kids menu . But I guess she took it upon herself to give her regular pasta ) when my daughter asked her where her sisters ice cream was she informed her ... wait I rephrase yelled at her stating that her meal was not off the kids menu . She then grabbed our check and left and didnt return for a while . When she got back she threw the check on the table and Walked away . I have never had such a bad experience in all the years we have been going there . I was planning on having my daughters gender reveal gathering there but after the experience tonight I highly doubt we will ever be returning again. Which is a shame because we do really enjoy the food

Family Style Chicken. The Good, our server, Emily, was very nice. The Bad and the Ugly, the salad was tiny and not family style, dressing greasy. French Fries nicely cooked but barely warm. Pasta almost raw and ice cold with tasteless sauce. Chicken was about the size of a pigeon. So undercooked it was rubbery and the skin was soggy. A leg quarter yielded about one mouthful of tasteless meat. Sorry to say it was one of the worst meals I can remember. Middle of a Sunday afternoon, no excuse. Oh, I almost forgot, some of the worst, loudest gangster rap music loud enough to be heard in the dining room.

Terrible wait staff, first never brought menus, then no utensils for appetizers, no drink refills, waitress kept forgetting to bring things we asked for, utensils, extra napkins, etc. The restaurant was extremely slow and yet it took forever to get our dinner, once dinner came it was wrong! The waitress said she "thought" she heard what she brought us. You should never put an order in on a thought, double check!! Needless to say we will NOT be back!

went their for the first time tonight with friends ,was very disappointed with the service . and the food was awful ,but more than that we spoke to the owner who was very arrogant and not very professional in the least . do not recommend anyone to waste their time or money.

I loved this place years ago but feel they are stretched too thin now. The food it still great but the venue room rented had trash on the floor and a sticky bar and dance floor for a family members event. Not impressed with the cleanliness.

The meal today was so horrible! Over cooked scallops and over cooked Baked stuff Lobster. The corn on the cob came to the table cold! I will never go back again ! So disappointed with the service and food of the new Owners!

Great dining for family. Best price around for all-u-can eat chicken. Nice atmosphere, wait staff right on time and attentive. Food is very good. Good prices on real native menu. Weekends are jamming with entertainment.

I worked for the Pines for about a year and a half and i recently was withheld payment for my shifts the past 2 weeks. The establishment is still operating when there isnt even enough funds to pay off the employees.

I had the prime rib. Excellent! Moist & flavorful. My husband had pasta with meatballs. He says somewhere between great and excellent. Will definitely be back.

I surprised my Aunt and Uncle at their 30th wedding anniversary party. I flew up from Nashville and we had the best time. Would definitely recommend this venue.

More pub type food. Limited menu on Monday night. Ordered sandwich and certain way. It came out not the way ordered and without mayonnaise on the side.
