Oh where has my good pizza gone?? We have been customers of Pizzeria Presti for over 15 years. We have had many wonderful pizza’s from this place. But lately there has been so many problems. Once we waited over 90 minutes for the pizza to come and when it finally did it was ice cold. Even though we live 1 mile away the driver apparently got lost. THEN then went back to make another pizza so all told we waited 2 hours for dinner – not acceptable! Tonite we decided to give them another chance –we ordered again (mind you the same order we place every time) and I knew somehow it was going to be screwed up. Well, guess what? It was! Not only did they bring a pizza with the wrong toppings but they forgot the soda we ordered. Fast forward to waiting another 30 minutes – they bring the pizza we originally ordered but bring THE WRONG KIND OF SODA! Who is running this place now??? Seriously. We are SOOO disappointed in this place I told them they have lost us as customers. If I had a customer who was loyal for 15 years I would try to do better. Seems like Pizzaria Presti is going down the tubes…...Well, I guess its time we look for a new pizza place. Shame on you, Pizzaria Presti!!

HAHAH - After just discussing with friends how awful the place has been. saying how we could NEVER get a consistent order or the same thing twice. I decided against better judgement and ordered a calzone and sub after a long day of watching football. Called in a delivery, being lazy, only living about a mile away. I Was told " no more than 45 min". Well after an hour, i decided to call Presti back. After a long pause / silence on the other end, i heard a " oh no". Yeah the order was never made........... I can honestly 100% truthfully say, I have never been more disappointed in an establishment that calls themselves a business. Take a little pride in your craft....slow down, and put the heart back into the food and service.because the reputation is everything. Im sure ill get and order here in a few months. hope they get it right. WESTFORD townies mentioned to me, the old owners took pride in their business. but unfortunately sold and this is the result. Rude staff, mediocre food, unsanitary establishment. Avoid this place at all costs. Theyll tell you 15 minutes for your food if you call it in, then have you wait another 20-25 min on top of that to get your food ready. Manager ignored me when I politely brought that up. He yelled "Sometimes you have to wait 30 minutes for McDonalds!". Thats no way to run a business. Go to Westford House of Pizza instead.

This is pizza that would be talked about in Brooklyn. Nice tossed crust, thin with just the right crispy. Not soggy, or too thick, or doughy. Its in and out of the oven on a peel (no trays, no peanut oil, etc.) and no conveyor belt anywhere in the shop. Not a bad experience from them yet. Cant imagine what Jillybean is talking about, but I guess everyone can have a bad day.

Called and placed an order for delivery at 11:45. More than 2 hours later we received our food.. Even if there is traffic or what not coming from Westford to Groton should not take 2 hours for salad.. This place has earned a zero in my book. P.S. when there is a problem with your service you should not blame me and you should not blame your staff for your crappy service.

I just moved to the area about a week ago. There arent a lot of delivery places which is fine but sometimes I get stuck on calls all day/night so good delivery places are like gold mines for me. The pizzas are great. The crust, while I personally prefer to be crunchy is very soft but delicious. Id order again if needed! Thanks guys!

The food here is amazing. I just ordered 2 large cheese pizzas and they got here in 30 mins. If you have ever been to Expressos in Lowell MA downtown you will love this place. The taste is really good although it is very soft and thin

Seriously I dont mind paying a bit more for a quality product ....but under cooked extremely light on the cheese. Btw the other half of my pizza is in the oven. Not the first time. Thought to give them another chance....epic fail

Chicken fingers were burned!!!...ordered a slice and it looked like it was sitting there for hours.....chicken fingers and fries,one slice pizza and a soda 16.00$ plus a 2$ tip!!!!..sorry but wasnt happy with the service!!!

There are a lot of good pizza places in Westford and the surrounding area, but this place is simply the best, at least for the pizza. Crust is perfect and sauce is tasty. Jillybean has no idea was she is talking about.

Pizzeria Presti has a good location, but their pizza is always burnt. The staff will give you a second pizza if you ask but it will be undercooked. It is worth it to spend the extra 20 minutes to go to dominoes.

Quick turnaround time for a pizza pickup order at Pizzeria Presti in Westford...usually under 20 minutes. Id like to have the garlic kicked up a notch otherwise keep up the good service!

i live down the street. they have a great steak bomb, tuna sandwich, calzones. They changed the recipe on the pizza, and now it is like Boston style and Very awesome.

Mozzarella sticks are the bomb, love the gyros but have had better but for around here it isnt bad, pizza is ok, not a fan of the dough, overall we like this place!
