Terrible service. My husband & I have been twice now, and sat at the hi-top / bar area so that we could have a couple drinks after work, relax, and order appetizers & dinner while we catch up on our day. We like to find places with good tap lists and comfortable seating and had high hopes for this. We know better than to malinger at a table when its busy but at the same time we like to hang out a bit. The first time the waitress was well-meaning and friendly but had terrible timing, and was constantly coming over and interrupting us at awkward moments. I dont mind being checked on, but she was literally barging in on our conversation. We figured, eh, its a new restaurant, maybe the staff isnt experienced and doesnt know the standard table cues? The second time we told [a different] waitress right away that we preferred to sit and try a couple of beers and that wed order some food in a few minutes, and my husband caught her making an annoyed face as she turned away. Woah. Then she came back in a few and sort of semi-snottily told us to place our menus a particular way when we wanted food, which to be honest was bizarre and a bit off putting. Just swing by and check in about 10 minutes or keep an eye on our drinks, its not that hard, right? Unless you dont want our patronage? As far as the menu goes its decent and pretty standard for lots of these suburban-chic type places (ie Burtons, 110 Grill, etc) so they get a star back for that. The layout is terrible though; the entrance is not at all welcoming, the inside is pretty dark and uninviting, and the patio is blazing hot and bare right up on a parking lot. Not really keen on ever going back.

Price - I dont think it was worth the price in my opinion. The portions were really large but there were very few vegetarian options. Food - So what they have hummus as a starter and fried pickles (which were delicious by the way), but besides salad and french onion soup - they had zero vegan options (no animal by products at all, including cheese). And most of the vegetarian options were loaded with cheese. That being said, the servings were quite large and I did enjoy my chicken and waffles although they were not as good as the Grille Next Door. The waffles were really good but I couldnt really eat them together because the chicken was so huge. The mashed potatoes were good too. Service - Overall, good experience, our server was really nice and attentive. The hostess was a little odd and directed us straight to the bar even though they had plenty of booth seating (a pet peeve of mine), I dont drink and I dont like when its assumed I do...it would be nice if she asked, "bar or booth?" instead of dragging us halfway through the dining room before I was asked, is this okay? to which I said, actually, no - ha! I probably wouldnt come back here again because I can get higher quality food elsewhere for less money.

We went for a early dinner over Fathers Day, where it wasnt very busy when we arrived but were glad to have made a reservation as it filled out a fair bit. Nice ambience and styling to the place and really nice staff. We were seated quickly but had a fair bit of a wait before the waitress arrived the first time around but after that, was very attentive without being overly intrusive, which is something we like. If you want your water filled up every few minutes and a chatty talk about your meal then you might be disappointed. Food offerings on the menu were great. A little pricey perhaps for every day food, but not to bad for an occasion or the brunch offerings. The kids menu was great too. One shame was the kids mac and cheese being the boxed variety, when they make their own for the adult menu which is really rather good! The drinks menu is also impressive, especially the beer selection which I thought was great and very reasonably priced for nice craft beers. Might be a bit expensive if youre looking for a bottle of bud though, from looking at some of the other reviews. Definitely worth a punt and will return.

The restaurant is large and clean. There is a good beer selection and anyone can find something to eat here. However, there are far better options in the area. The menu, while creative and extensive, is very disappointing. The quality of the food is subpar, especially for the price. The meat in the Cuban sandwich was dry and the burgers were not cooked as ordered. Many of the dishes lack seasoning. In a pinch Tavern in the Square will do. However, there are many other chain restaurants in the area that are better options so Id look elsewhere first.

Recently, they changed their prices (increased them), despite their food lowering in quality. I know Im splitting hairs here, but if you charge an extra $1 for sweet potato fries, you can afford to offer more than a tiny cup worth. They still havent fixed their issues with slow service on off peak hours (likely due to how far the freaking servers have to walk tofrom tables). This probably contributed to the poor food, as things were not hot anymore.

Local pubs for this area are either older than I am (and equally dingy) or dont last - not this one! Its a modern airy place to dine or sit at the bar or high top tables to enjoy a wide variety of culinary offerings. Some good choices but quality isnt always consistent. Still, a great option for girls night or date night! Family friendly dining is an option, but with this one being walking distance, Ill opt for a babysitter every time!

Enjoyed my first trip here today for a fantastic mothers day brunch. Food was fresh and offered options both classic and spins on classics (sweet potato chorizo hash, for instance... very tasty) My husband opted for a chicken sandwich and raved about the seasoning and fresh bun. The staff was super accommodating and pleasant despite it clearly being one of their busiest days. Looking forward to trying again for dinner....

Another acute case of placelessness. This is just another clone of the corporate taverns you see all across the county. It is like a dressed up Applebees. They had odd menu choices with a maximum amount of mediocrity in their execution. Our main reason for visiting was a bad case hangry-itus. As bland as their food was it cured my hunger pains. Next time I think I will skip this place and go to the Brazilian buffet.

I have been here a few times and had terrible service from different servers. The first server took a tip out on our credit card even though we left a cash tip and another time our waiter was hitting on 2 girls sitting behind us and completely neglected that we were waiting for our check for more than 15 min. The nachos are awful and the food is way too expensive for what you get. I will never go back.

Overall a pretty enjoyable experience. The hotel I was staying at recommended the reataurant. Had the tater tots for an appetiser and the chicken waffles for dinner. Both were phenominal. They have a wide selection of beers and a full liquor bar. They have "sports bar" seating, outdoor patio, as well as a more quiet booth seating are. If i was in the area I would 100% come back here and eat again.
