It was garbage. Not completely terrible, but really could use some work. I got 2 soft tacos and was not told they could be soft or crunchy. I got one with chicken and rice and one with ground beef. The meats were both dry and not hot at all, temperature wise. It was only 1:15 pm when I got here; not long after lunch. The rice was OK but also cold, as well as the torts even though I saw the girl warm them on the grill. Veggie selection was decent and the corn salsa was good. I asked for Verde salsa and was given medium. I ordered a side of nacho chips, as well, which were undercooked, tasteless and had no crunch. All in all, I shouldve gone to Taco Bell or the Chinese food place next store.

The salsa was not hot & I ordered the spicy one. It tasted sweet. I ordered only about an hour ahead & my food wasnt made. I had to wait for my food to be done. I received my "freshly made" food and it wasnt even hot. Everything was room temperature. They are going to get someone sick like that. The health department needs to check this place out. Ill never go back. Ill just wait for the Chipotle to open up, I guess.

I ordered a huge order from this place to be delivered to many people. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They do not deliver, and they do not answer their calls. It was the worst experience I have ever had in Newport in my life. And it looks like Im not alone on here....

Im really shocked at all of these bad reviews. I eat here pretty regularly, and I havent had a bad experience yet. I also prefer it over chipotle.
