Like most people Ive having a place for decent quality burrito in the area but this location is run like a dirty zoo. They dont clean the working area as they go so they run the tortilla and the thin alum paper wrap over the detritus not looking at whether runny beans or remnant of the previous order is touching the burrito that theyre working on. Then the checkout counter also had shredded cheese and guacamole on it, which the checkout person was totally oblivious too. This person pushed the bag containing my order simply over the mess. Disgusting. Furthermore the workers talk casually to each other while making the food with no regard for whether any spit or whatever coming out of their mouth would hit the burritos that they are making right in front of the customer. Seriously disgusting. I couldnt believe what I was seeing.

This Chipotle could use improvement. One worker was extremely tedious when preparing my bowl. Would take one moderate size spoonful of beans then three more small drops etc... Steak was undercooked and bland. 50% of the burritos I get here break. Very nice staff though and as always I love the Chipotle taste. This franchise in particular is lacking in many areas and I look forward to its improvements.

The food is good. The staff needs to be more attentive. The food though good was poorly put together. The place was really dirty. Food all over the floor and tables. We had to clean a table before we could sitdown. Really need to work on presentation. It just feels so dirty and messy.

Always a pleasant experience. The food is good, fresh, and the staff are friendly. Free refills on drinks and the consistent good quality of the food make me feel better about a $12 meal. I dont understand the lower rating personally, but you cant please everyone.

When they first opened started off pretty good, now going down hill quick! All by students use to go there after training 3 to 5 times a week ! Lost all our business, dirty, poor service, portions small, not worth what you pay for!

Asked me if I wanted cheese in my quesadilla....put a pinch if cheese and maybe 10 pieces of chicken. Was pathetic. A child size quesadilla would have been barely filled, let alone paying full price for an adult one.

I love that Im able to get a delicious vegan option here - sofritas (seasoned tofu)! You can also omit meat and get extra beans (I get both types to bulk it up a bit!) and/or extra veggies. YUM!
