I did not give a 0 star rating because it is not an option...I went through the Drive thru of this Starbucks store today and not only did I have to wait 15 minutes from the time I placed my order, I was greeted at the window with a "Sorry but we ran out of the item you ordered" and I wasnt even asked what I wanted in exchange. They decided I wanted a plain bagel with low fat cream cheese when I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with regular cream cheese and a cold hot coffee. This left a really bad taste in mouth about Starbucks and I dont think I will ever return.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Twice it took TWENTY MINUTES to get one drink in the drive thru. Its right by work so I gave it a third chance and went inside, thinking it might be faster. Wrong. There were four other people inside, all waiting for drinks, and they kept making drinks and camping them out..... But none of them were for us inside. I think maybe they were for the drive thru? Seriously terrible. Dont come here if you can spend half an hour waiting for your drink :(

This place never gets anything right. Coffee is always wrong or they forget one in my order. If they didnt rush me when placing my order NONE of this would be an issue. The kicker is that they give me an attitude when I ask for what I ordered. And even when they do get the order right they never make the drinks as well as EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS. Filing complaint with corporate for sure... this kind of consistent trouble needs to be fixed.

This place is good! Taking one star away because I feel like they need to hire more employees if they have a drive-thru. It tends to get busy and take a long time. That said- customers should not be surprised when its busy during morning rush hour and when everyone in the area is on their lunch break. However, when it does take a while, the employees are always professional and apologetic, which is much appreciated.

This place is just way too busy and not enough employees. I waste 15 mins of my 30 min lunch break just to grab a coffee. It does not matter drive thru or going in, they are just way to slow. The staff are always friendly but the service is just very inconvenient for busy workers just trying to grab a coffee really quick on short time. Taken 20 mins or more for a coffee should not be happening. NEEDS MORE EMPLOYEES !

A very convenient location (there can be long lines during peak travel hours, so plan accordingly). Service can be quite slow, not uncommon to see a drink ticket get lost. Employees are in high spirits, and its always much appreciated. Lounge is small-ish, but theres plenty of room if you want to work on a computer or homework, and some seating outside.

Service with a smile and baristas are friendly. However there are times when you stand there and wait to place an order. On those occasions, everything looks chaotic and the baristas are running around and do not seem to have specific duties. Hence you do not know

Although I have not used it-the place features a drive through. The drive through orders seem to take precedence for throughputs sake, and visit-in order seems to take longer to fulfill than other locations. Otherwise, a pretty standard Starbucks location.

Ive been to other Starbucks stores where the staffs not only look cool but also professional in making your drink. Not too many friendly faces in this place though. The drink taste good for most of the time other than quite a few times they got it wrong.

Same great Starbucks drinks with the added convenience of a drive through. Only downside is this location is a slow. Expect to be waiting ~20 minutes during peak morning coffee hours at the drivethrough. ~5-10 minutes on average for the rest of the day.

Inside is always messy. Using the Drive thru is the most horrific experience. Even if there is no lines which is almost impossible the drinks (even a simple cup of joe) takes an average of 15 minutes. Dont ask me how thats possible...

Been frequenting this location for the past couple years. Coffee is always tasty and orders come out as expected. Drive thru can be slow but that is expected at starbucks. Plan ahead or go inside.
