I just have seen the restaurant while I was looking for a place to have dinner and I when I got there , I walk in to the reception desk or counter whatever they call it and I was looking to the waiter to say something or to seat me because it is my first time to be there then he looked at me saying " you ok sir " , I said yes then I walk to one of the tables and sit down after sometime the waitress was looking at me like I did something strange or unusual then she came to me and said " sorry , but we usually seat ppl in because we have different dining sections I said alright I was looking to the waiter to seat me but he just asked me if I am okay ! Ok its for one person then, Quickly I changed my mind And I said never mind I do not feel comfortable here Thanks ! That was my experience with that place actually It was so unprofessional altitude and was unexpected from that waiter actually !!!!

While the seafood was good my husbands filet mignon was overcooked and dry. The entire experience was awful. My son who is 26 forgot his ID so they wouldnt serve him. He took a sip of my son in laws beer and two people showed up in an agressive confrontational way and said they were taking all of our drinks away. One of them stood behind the other with his hands folded like a intimidating mafia figure. We were embarassed in front of the entire restaurant. They watched us the entire time with looks. The prices on some of the dishes is what gives the "value" rating subpar... Besides that I really do love this restaurant. The servers make you feel like a 5 star customer every time and I havent had a bad meal yet (and Ive had a variety) I love the restaurant atmosphere, and the bar atmosphere as well. The drinks are reasonably priced and eating at the bar is almost expected. If you are trying to eat there after 6p make sure to set your reservation because you WILL wait 45 minutes or more for a table for 2 let alone a group table (which is set on beautiful, modern, tall tables by the way).. Go there and you wont be disappointed.

i used to go here quite a lot and the place was usually packed. I went on a Thursday night and there was only two people at the bar and only two tables occupied which made me a little leary.I was with some friends and we ordered a plethora of food and not one thing was satisfactory. We had scallops wrapped in bacon and the bacon was burnt and cold. The bang bang shrimp, there supposed signature dish was, was cold and mushy. The steak was like leather and they raised their prices significantly. I can see why it was empty.

First of all the service was EXCELLENT. Our waiter was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and observant. (Our beverages were never empty!) My fiancee ordered salmon, which was delicious. I had fish and chips which were also really good. Our friend ordered a burger. He said it was, "good, but not great." For an appetizer we had bang bang shrimp which were AMAZING. You gotta try them. It was extremely busy for a Thursday night, so Id hate to see the place on a Saturday. We are planning our next trip for a Wednesday!

Food is great, but service was horrible. Had to ask for most everything twice, drink order took about 20 minutes to come AFTER waiting for 15 minutes and then asking why we didnt have drinks yet, salads were forgotten and brought after the entrees were served. Waitress tried hard to sell dessert, but we were tired of asking for everything twice by then. Will go to other locations again, but will probably skip Willow Grove.

I really wish I remembered the waitress name who served us on March 22nd 2016, but she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... the food was delicious... Despite their fryer for my daughters chicken tenders having a little trouble but everything else was great!! My boyfriend has been there before but it was my first time and wont be my last! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Excellent flavorful seafood (especially on the specials menu), like Monoco Dory with artichokes, however the preparation uses lots of butter (dieters beware). The side salad is excellent, as is the bread. The half price house wine from 4-6 in the main restaurant is a deal. However, this place was packed on a Monday nite, so word is out this is an excellent restaurant.

What a fantastic experience! Most places will have at least one thing you like, so thats not unusual, but Ive not had anything here that wasnt amazing! The Imperial Tilapia is fantastic, as was the pad Thai. Even down to the bread, it was phenomenal. The service was excellent, and everyone was kind and helpful (I have food allergies, so this means a lot to me!)

While I have enjoyed dining at this establishment numerous times, our last dining experience at this bonefish location was a dissappointment. We had our soup and salad brought out by a rude server whom after placing the wrong order to the person proceeded to tell us to "Figure it out" Totally ruined our night.

Surprisingly, I really liked the meals that Ive had at Bonefish Grill - especially since I dont normally frequent chain restaurants anymore. For someone who is skeptical about eating or trying seafood, this would be a good starting point. And when all else fails, they have a nice Wagyu steak to fall back on.

Ordered a steak package, the package is not cheap, steak is very small, mashed potatoes a little bit, very little, feeling the price is not cheap, compared to other packages, food too little, a little bit, , a few minutes to finish The Cake $ 7, the weight is also very small

Love the Bang Bang Tacos!!! Chrissy and Krissy at the bar are a cut above the rest. Fond mention for Nicole and Ashley also. Relaxing happy hour. Great for winding down from a long day at work. Wish they would being back the Portobello Pasta though.

Honestly never had a bad meal here. Martinis are great & a perfect balance of casual & refined...a perfect date place. As for another reviewer, good for them to not serve your son alcohol without ID...thats what theyre supposed to do.

Had a wonderful experience at Bonefish Grill today. Attentive waiter, quiet happy hour. Enjoyed codfish sliders, shrimp & potato nuggets with tangy sauce, & five dollar raspberry vodka collins. All for seventeen dollars.

Even with reservations plan to wait 30 minutes to an hour after arriving at this location, it is almost always packed and the wait is long. The food is excellent like all Bonefish locations.

Im giving 5 stars even though we had to wait 50 minutes to be seated. Our reservation was for 8, to compensate we were offered 3 appetizers for free. The food & drinks are always delicious.

I enjoy Bonefish and hadnt been in a while. The food was great but the customer service of the waitress on this visit wasnt what I was use to at this Bonefish in particular.
