This place has a split personality: The lounge and bar area is beautiful. Its warm, inviting and says, "Come on in and have some food and drink". They have some outstanding craft brews on tap including Carton Boat Beer which is as rare as hens teeth and as delicious as winning the lottery. Food brought to the bar was solid....I had fish tacos which were quite tasty. OK, thats one part of the place. Looking at the main dining room, for Petes sake, it looks like a school cafeteria. What the heck were they thinking? This area is in dire need of an upscale restaurant and the Tap House has only partially met that need. Redo the main dining room and this whole place would be a gem. For now, only the bar area is a gem.

Food is nothing special... Everything is severely under seasoned and usually overcooked. Expensive! Almost always a wait, even if the dining room is empty. Waiters arent very nice and commented on how much food we ordered (mind you, there are 5 of us) Weve been here at least 20 times and we expect it to be better than the time before but its not... Sad because its so close for us

This is definitely for the after hour or college crowd. You share a long table with other customers and do mingle with people. It is definitely a bar restaurant and I would refrain from bringing the kids if you have any. If you are into hanging out with a glass of beer or wine, this place is for you. The appetizers are very good but its not my type of crowd.

The service was slow and overpriced. We got a tomato & mozzarella appetizer and the didnt cut the hard core out of the tomatoes- fig balsamic was plain. They messed up the Wing order, we got Tabasco and butter instead of BBQ. The waitress didnt even offer dessert, she just wanted to get to the bar crowd. Not worth the $22.00 for 2 sodas and 2 appetizers.

I always visit this place when Im in town. They usually have a good seasonal burger choice with a solid rotating tap. They have a nice patio area in the warmer months and a cozy warm interior for the colder month. I recommend the crispy eggplant pizza, the penne bolognase, and the seasonal burger. They currently have a Christmas Ale that is worth a try.

Sizeable restaurant/bar with pretty good food, full selection of liquors and a terrific list of craft brews. Though corporate in feel, it does a nice job adding to the nightlife of the Mansfield area. Staff are professional and courteous and the abundant amount of tvs ensure you have an angle at multiple games/matches at any given point in time.

The food is ok, somewhat higher priced than similar places in this area and very forgettable. Not bad just forgettable. Ive had burgers and pizza here and both are ok. The beer selection is the real win. So if your feeling a brew after work this could work for you but Id avoid it for dinner.

Tastiest salmon dish Ive experienced in awhile!! My husband loved the tender,spicy pork chop as well. Service was almost too rushed for a couples-night-out but we always come back for atmosphere, especially when have band. Watching games on big screens was great during playoffs!

A bit pricey, but the food is quite good. Nice cocktails options and a varied beer menu as well. The service is good and so-so depending on who you get. They accept the New Jersey Craft Beer card for a discount on your bill!!!!

Fresh food with variety. The chefs will accommodate a vegan, which is nice! So, dont be afraid to ask them to leave out the meat or sub avocado for the meat in something. Ask for Mikaela to be your server! Shes wonderful!
