You will be treated as you treat others . With that said , if you call the restaurant with a nasty attitude do not expect to be treated kindly . The customer is NOT always right . If the restaurant makes a mistake we will surely fix it as soon as we can , but that also depends on your attitude . If you call the restaurant to place an order over the phone know what you want AHEAD of time . Speak clearly . Cash is preferred . The owners frown upon credit|debit cards ; you will be charged 75 cents every time you pay with a credit|debit card . If you dont like it , PAY WITH CASH . Or you can simply go somewhere else . Deliveries usually take 35-40 minutes , but on the weekends deliveries take up to an hour or more due to the mass amount of orders . This is where paying with a card annoys the workers . It slows everyone down , so please try to have cash at hand . Thank you .

First, I have to apologize to New Hunan on Penn Street for going elsewhere. Ill never leave you guys again! The food at Great Wall is a little bit priceier than most other Chinese restaurants in the area, which is no biggie but the food should follow suit! The crab rangoon and the moo shu beef were good, but our combination plates were so BLAND! The chicken and broccoli, shrimp and pork fried rice and the beef lo mein had barely any sauce and NO flavor. Its a shame because this used to be my go-to place for shrimp and snow peas a few years ago because they used jumbo shrimp and it was so flavorful. Next time, Ill have to stick with what I know...New Hunan.

I have been ordering from Great Wall for many years, and I visited the place once. It is a little frustrating when you place an order over the phone, because they most of the time do not understand you when you are giving your address, so you need to speak slowly and clearly to them; but never has anyone been rude and never has anyone given me a hard time when paying w/a card, which is how I have always paid. They have the BEST, by far, THE BEST crab rangoon!! Their prices are amazing, and where no one else will deliver, they do! The only place I will ever order Chinese food from is Great Wall.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Ordered food. Watched the person cook my food while eating a chicken wing. Then he spit some the the chicken out in his hand and never washed it and continued to cook my food and handle my broccoli with his bare hands that he just minutes before spit food out on. Craziest most mind blowing part of this entire situation is the fact that he KNEW I seen him and thought it was funny and kept making my food to almost test my patience. Disgusting, disrespectful, gross and just plain dirty! Please save yourself and DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SICK!!!

Horrible Customer Service. Lady on the phone messed up our order. We asked for chicken and broccoli with no CHICKEN and guess what, all we got was chicken. I decided to call back, and as a business I was hoping they would exchange it but she made us KEEP it and said you had to pay for the CORRECT order. Every-time I order , I decide to order for a bunch of people and I was very unhappy with the service. On top of that another order of BEEF and Broccoli, the beef tasted OLD and uncooked. * Guess What, this will be the last time we order from here. Hope this review helps.

terrible and mean service on phone. when calling, they are very rude and demanding. if you mishear something, they get noticably frustrated. when you try to pay with a card, they get angry and ask if you are sure you dont have cash. um. no, i dont have cash. thats why i asked if i could pay with a card. their food is decent tho. if you are willing to go through the stress of ordering, id say go for it. i have never been to the actual store, so i cant comment on anything like that.

The person on the phone was short, and the delivery driver pulled up, checked one door knob and took off, before I could even get off the elevator. When I called the store back, I was given an attitude. The delivery driver returned with my food, and rudely told me that If I had an issue I could walk to the restaurant next time, threw my ticket on the floor and walked out. This was witnessed by staff who order from them all the time. Never again!

The food is definitely some of the best in the area. The place itself is pretty standard but kept in nice, clean conditions. The phone service is a little forward and might seem rude but considering that the person taking the call might know English as a second language, I dont let it bother me. They are still polite and Ive never had a wrong or missing item when delivered.

We ordered food from here to be delivered for 8 people. Everything came exactly as ordered and their were a lot of different things/options ordered. The delivery was prompt and in the exact time frame they indicated. We all did lunch specials which were fantastic and came with an egg roll unless you wanted something else. Highly recommend for a tasty meal. :)

Best Chinese in town i must say and I have eaten almost every where(Happy family, Golden bowl, the buffets,etc.).They always give me fresh food not reheated stuff. It also helps a lot that when you order on the phone they have an english speaking person taking your order. .

Great food and great customer service. The front end and kitchen staff are extremely nice. I remember one of the cooks telling me "thank you" about 5 times when I came to pick up my order. They make you feel like your business is appreciated, and the food is always fresh.

I had couples dishes ordered tonight (sesame chicken, moo shu pork ) both are super good and tasty sesame chicken is one of my favorite. The crunch always on the point. Also try their best crab Rangoon . I will recommend to people who wants chinese food for family.

We love their sesame tofu and garlic broccoli. Whenever my significant other is out of town I order huge orders of these and enjoy them all weekend. Its our favorite for less-expensive takeout (and then we go elsewhere if we want a dine-in night).

Good food at times but the price is outrageous. Even for the smallest thing smh. so I went somewhere else and food is great and price not bad. Oh and great wall they are so rude even if your being nice and asking them something about the menu.

Left me waiting and hour and a half. When I call Im told my order is on the way. Then I get a phone call 10 minutes later saying they never took my order and asked for a reorder. Terrible experience. Will never order from here again.
