Fantastic food and service! One of the most authentic Chinese restaurants in Syracuse and CNY. The hand-pulled noodles both in the noodle soup and the dry noodles are excellent. The noodles are made from scratch every day and they have incredibly reasonable prices for such great food. We also enjoyed the Spicy Shredded Potato and the Dumplings and delicious dipping sauce. The traditional Chinese dishes are also excellent and they have a special brown rice. This is the best Chinese Food without having to go to NYC.

I came across this place by sheer luck. My wife and I happened to be travelling up I-81 and needed to get some lunch, took an exit from the highway, drove around for 90 seconds, and happened to see Bamboo House with a empty parking spot across the street. Definitely try the house specialty: Hand-pulled noodle soup. Its delicious and the natural variations in the texture of the noodles is interesting. If I am in Syracuse in the future I will make time to go here again.

The place was poorly lit and the waitress seemed confused. It was fine that we sat ourselves and just waited. However my food was not what I was expecting. I ordered the sesame chicken. It was overcooked to the point it felt tough and honestly the dish just seemed stale. The dreary atmosphere just put even more of a damper on the experience.

Used to be my favorite place by far, especially for the noodles. Not sure if there has been a change in cooks but the past few times Ive ordered from there it hasnt been of the same quality I had grown accustomed to from them. Its far from bad, but its not great either nor what it had been in the past.

Always love their food! Their food is significantly less greasy than all other Chinese food restaurants in the area. Food always taste fresh and homemade dumplings are really homemade (Ive seen them making them when getting food there)! Delicious. Cant eat anywhere else now!

Best chinese food Ive ever had! Im starting to try new things on their menu, and Im absolutely addicted to their N1 hand pulled noodles. I dont know what it is about this dish, it is very unique, and very satisfying. I cant say enough good things about this place.

It is February 13th, 2016, crazy snow storm, and they delivered to my house, and it was delicious. Love how they add scrambled egg in with the lo mein/fried rice. This place has the best Chinese food in all of Syracuse, Im so not kidding.
