I work near King Wok Chinese Restaurant so I decided to try the food for the first time. It was a complete mistake! I found a hair tangled around my broccoli. I called the restaurant back to see if the could replace my food with a small but I ordered a large. They were very rude about the situation. I was told if i give the food back I could get something else. I said that would not be a problem. The driver said he was two minutes away and to bring my order out with the hair. To make a long story short the driver never showed up. So I spent 17 dollars for shrimp broccoli with hair. I sent a email out to my company and they will no longer get business from us.

I ORDERED FROM THEIR MENU FROM HOME.I ORDERED 12 FRIED SHRIMP FOR $8.50. THEY ONLY GAVE ME 8 SHRIMP. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD CHANGED THEIR MENU.I TOLD HIM THAT THE MENU I HAD AT HOME SAID 12 FOR$8.50. I LOOKED AT THE MENU ON THEIR COUNTER AND IT SAID 12 FRIED SHRIMP FOR $8.50.I ASKED THEM HOW THEY CAN CHANGE THE MENU WITHOUT CHANGING THE MENU.HE SAID THEY COULD. AFTER AN ARGUMENT HE SAID THAT THE NEXT TIME WE ORDERED THIS HE WOULD GIVE ME 12. WE HAVE NOT GOTTEN A NEW MENU IN THE MAIL YET AND ILL BET THAT IF I GO TO THEIR STORE IT STILL SAYS 12 FOR $8.50.

I ordered from them and the chicken was hardly chewable, definitely not fresh, and they drowned it in sauce. This isnt the first time I have ordered from them and had a problem but it will be the last. I have walked in to their store and seen them reheating food in the microwave that had been around for who knows how long. I called to see if they would let me order something else and the lady would just keep saying, "Its chicken, whats wrong with it" no matter how many times I told her what was wrong with it. They have terrible service and terrible food.

The food here was inedible. Ordered pork me fun which was so salty I had to throw it away. Also steamed dumplings, the dough was so thick and dense that they tasted awful, also thrown out. There was no white rice, no condiments, no napkins or fortune cookie included with the order. I ordered General Tsos chicken and it needs white rice?! This was a terrible experience. Never again.

I ordered at 6.. its now 7:30 and my food still hasnt arrived. Called once to check at the hour mark and she said 20 more minutes because he "might" be lost (rudely with not apology). 1:30 min mark I call again and explain I have to leave soon and she said hes 3 min away again rudely with no apology . TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW ON CAMPUS NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE.

I dont understand all the bad reviews this place has received. Our food was delivered fast, it was hot, it was reasonably priced, and it was damn tasty. We will be ordering from King Wok again - best place around.
