I ordered a large stuffed crust half pepperoni and half grilled chicken pizza, six piece mild buffalo wings, and an order of french fries. The total came up to $27. I placed the order on the Pizza Hut Website at exactly 6:02 p.m. My scheduled delivery time as per the email they sent me said 7:02 p.m., which is already ridiculous that it would take a whole hour to deliver food when I only live about 10 minutes away from the store if driving. I waited until 7:20 p.m., and when my food had not yet arrived, I decided to call the store. I was on hold for a whole 10 minutes, and nobody ever answered my call. They must have known that I was calling to cancel the order because I no longer wanted the food after such a long wait. At exactly 7:32 p.m. the food was finally delivered. The pizza and wings were extremely cold, and the fries were not only cold, but there were only about 10 pieces of fries. My husband even asked if the delivery driver had gotten hungry and eaten some of the fries. For an order of fries that costs $3.00, there should have been WAY more fries. For $27, this is not the quality of food or service that I expect. I will not be ordering from any Pizza Hut ever again. I would much rather go to a pizzeria in person, such as Guiseppes Family Pizza & Restaurant, where for $27 I can have fountain drinks, an appetizer, and a full HOT entree.

I order pizza for pick up and once i reached home i noticed that they put wrong toppings. I called this location (I have to get number from google as on the receipt there were no phone number) and mentioned the lady that issue. She told me to bring that pizza back and they will give me new one . I mentioned that i am 6 miles away so i am not coming. I was hoping them to deliver pizza to my place. This place used to good but now i am not going at this place ever. I wish i can give negative ratings.

This Pizza Hut is terrible. I ordered 45 mins ago and still nothing. Have been waiting in the store for almost a hour with a packed room. No one there knows what they are doing. Rude and slow. If you want pizza get it somewhere else. Dont think we are getting pizza till tomorrow at this rate. They suck!

bad service guy just hung the phone up on me because I wanted my food delivery to my semi truck he said no wow first time pizza Hut doses that to a customer well chines it is thanks for the bad service sir

I prefer pizza hut over papa johns any day. ordered from this location 4 times. always delivered within 30 minutes and hot. I love pizza hut crust and cheesesticks

Looks suspect on the inside of the store. Has a harsh and weird smell when you walk in the door... Employees are a lil suspect too. Ever heard of LYSOL mfs???
