How many great things to say about our experience ... First, short wait to get a table without reservation The hostess was very accommodating and kind Nice casual atmosphere Our waiter was attentive, and very helpful when I explained that my husband had dietary restrictions. Must eat very low to no sodium. His response "Thats no problem for us we accomadate all dietary restrictions." The food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. There were five of us. Each of our meals were absolutely delicious and very generous. Took enough leftovers for lunch or dinner next day. Such large portions and every bite delicious. But I have to say that my husbands meal, the BowTie Criolle was exceptional. The flavors of this dish without salt was just magnificent. You would never believe this dish had no added salt. I kept eating from his plate it was so great. It was so appreciated as my husbands meals are usually bland but, not at the hands of the exceptional chefs. Thank you for maling my husbands birthday dinner so special. If your visiting Blue Mountain resort, make sure to visit A Ca Mia Restaurant. Its sure to please every dietary need as well as a big appetite.

My husband and I just ate here for our first wedding anniversary. The atmosphere is lovely, casual yet still classy, a nice big open space with a few tables that maintain a level of intimacy. We made reservations and were seated right away and as soon as we sat down we were given warm bread with two different oils, an herb infused and a garlic. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer and it was fabulous. The salads were great and our entrees were simply wonderful. I ordered a chicken special with eggplant, fried apples, and veggies with a curry sauce and it was truly inspired. My husband ordered a braised beef ravioli with mushrooms in a light cream sauce and it was to die for. We also split a side order of vodka penne, it was the best Ive ever had. We were each given a complimentary glass of wine as well, as a "thank you" from Chef Paolo. The portions were huge and we brought so much home that well most likely get another two meals for each of us from our leftovers. We will definitely be returning.

Never disappointing! Chef Paolo never fails to amaze with his culinary talents and creations...and what creations they are!!! One visit will prove that being "generous" is what Paolo is all about.. Located in a rather simple shopping plaza, this gastronomical delight embraces you the moment you enter the door. The friendly and courteous staff never fail to let you feel like "family"coming for "mangia" Although a complimentary glass of wine is offered with dinner, you can BYOB, which is a plus when dining with a large group. Weekend nights are particularly busy but the service remains the same. Love, too, that there is soft music in the background, and yipee..NO distracting televisions!!! Itts time for friends/family - a time to talk together, laugh together, eat, EAT, EAT together and enjoy each other!. Ahhhhhh!

We went there for lunch and left entirely underwhelmed. I had the blackened chicken breast with tomatoes, asparagus, and avocado with a basil pesto dressing on a French roll. My husband had the warm chicken tartine sandwich. The tomatoes were pale and unripe, clearly commercially purchased rather than locally. The avocado had no flavor whatsoever. It was just . . . green. The asparagus was woody and bitter. My husbands sandwich was your basic chicken salad with red and yellow peppers, nothing special, not particularly flavorful. It is obvious that this kitchen does not utilize quality ingredients, just inexpensive stuff they can upcharge. We wont be back.

I dont know if it was just an off night, but my experience wasnt the same as everyone elses. Everyone raves about this place so I decided to skip out on my routine visit to Mama Ninas and try it out. Although the appetizer was amazing (it was some kind of ravioli with red pepper) I wasnt thrilled with my dinner. Maybe I ordered one of the less popular items or shouldve tried regular red sauce instead of white. Either way my date and I were not impressed with either of our meals and will be returning to mama Ninas which blows this dinner out of the water. Idk if I will give it another shot as it is a little distance from our house.

I went there for a Christmas party with work and was very happy I did! I wasnt sure about it because I can make most Italian dishes at home and usually better. Well not tonight, this chef would cook circles around me!!! I will be back to try more stuff. I had the Maryland crab ravioli with shrimp and scallops in a light cream sauce. Shrimp were really nice sized and did not disappoint either scallops melted in my mouth. The ravioli did not disappoint either enough crab to be delicious but not overpower the dish. Chef Paolo is a culinary maestro who conducts his orchestra of food into a symphony of unforgettable delight.

Best italian I have ever had! Period! Showed up during dinner rush on a Friday night with no reservation like an idiot. They said the wait would be over an hour. We were debating leaving to go somewhere else when the brought out fresh rolls with garlic and parm. So we decide to stay...best decision ever. Then at the table the offered a free glass of wine to make up for the wait. Very attentive wait staff!Excellent service all around!!!

Ive heard about it, now Ive experienced and it worth every cent. The menu is pricey, BUT you get good that is prepared to perfection. The appetizers, the salad, the main entree, the dessert DIVINE. Our server Sue was very attentive, available and on point. We had a party of 10 and each of us were treated special. The portions are huge, so my husband and I will probably do an appetizer and share an entree on our next visit.

Went here due to a recommendation from a friend and I tell you what, this is my favorite Italian Restaurant in the area!! The portions are huge and the prices are fairly low for as much food you get. Everything taste amazing and better yet this is a BYOB estamblishment, so you dont have to pay outrageous prices just to get 1 glass of wine. Highly Recommended to anyone looking for great food and friendly service.

Ive been going to A Ca Mia since Paolos previous venture in Northampton 10+ years ago. In my opinion you cant beat the quality/value in the valley and I actually wish I could keep it a secret so that Id have it to myself! Please do not come here and order Spaghetti and Meat Balls. Order something you normally wouldnt and youll be blown away.

This was our first time dining here. I had the shrimp scampi and it was the best I have ever had! My boyfriend got the chicken alfredo(minus the broccoli) and that was amazing too! Their alfredo is more of a cream sauce instead of a cheese sauce. From the food to the service this made for a great evening out.

Visited this restaurant on Saturday, October 5, 2013. Witnessed the hostess being very rude to a group of customers when they complained about seating. Very awkward to see that! The take away here is that you should call and insist on having a reservation with a specific time.
