Was there on a Saturday about 7 so not too long before they were closing. Service was quick and courteous. Restaurant was clean and spacious. I got my order pretty quick. The burger was very tasty and juicy. The side of Irish nachos was a perfect amount. It was a little plain and I expected more heat. The jalapenos were pretty mild but added a good flavor. The cheese sauce was good but also plain. The French fries in another order were not salted which is good for those who like to add their preferred amount. Regardless they were very good. To cap off the experience we had a strawberry banana shake and a cookies and cream shake. Both were great and would definitely get again. The shakes were the highlight behind the double bacon burger.

The business is not managed well. It was not clean. The credit card machine malfunctions. The staff was nice. The milkshake was one of the best. The burger and fries were tasty, but expensive and not worth the money. They had a soap opera on the TV that no one was looking at. They should have at least had the news on. They had one section sloppily roped off. It was not professional. The experience was not worth the $13.

I understand this location is not advertised as fast food, but the service was very slow for what amounted to burgers and fries. I have had faster service at full sit-down restaurants. Once the food was ready, it was excellent. I will definitely return with hopes that the slow service was an anomaly.

Food was pretty good. Chili dog was better than the "famous" place in the Lehigh Valley and had more chili than the famous place too. Nice old diner atmosphere. Only complaint would be that my bill was higher than I would have expected for what I ate. Burger was freshly made on the griddle top.

Burger meat quality is mediocre at best, McDonalds is better beef. Chicken sandwich was so undercooked the meat was still translucent. Water has a dirty taste that comes through even in the soda pop. Shame because its a cute joint. I hope they can up the quality.

very dissapointed they shoot down the one down my way, Philadelphia but no need to cry abouf it just jump in the car and drive to Allentown for my burger is worth it plus i get to get out of Philadelphia, and as for the service Keep up the good work guys.

Wonderful! I took my residents, residents from a senior living community, and they loved it. The service was especially great. The cashier that took care of us went above and beyond to help our residents and deal with some complicated orders.

Jakes Wayback has the best burgers of any chain Ive been too. Much better than Five Guys, and I LOVE five guys. I just wish there was one near me. UNCLE GERRYS TIP: You know what goes great with an old fashion burger and fries, a MILKSHAKE!!!

Good quality, fresh ground beef burgers. Nice variety of choices ranging from beef burgers, turkey burgers and hotdogs. There is also two fresh salad choices: garden salad or chicken Caesar salad with either grilled or fried chicken.

Their turkey burger is out of this world! Their prices are affordable and their home made house chips are to die for! Got a definitely try them with the barbecue seasoning added fresh out of the fryer!

Great customer service. The burgers arent large or juicy like five guys but they have great shakes. Prices are too high in my opinion for the quality, but its fresh as are the veggies.
