I always go there, but lately the new staff has been rude to me, speaking Spanish to me, like they think I understand them. his one lady is always miserable when I go there. I ask to speak to a manager, and the employees act scared like theyre going to lose their jobs. Did not bother getting one for me. Food is good, but Im not coming back until those people get their act together, or better yet disciplinary taken action.

I dont know why and how this place is still running. Terrible terrible service. None of the workers understand basic english. All scoops are very small. If u tell them to put little bit more because they didnt put enough ,then they will tell you it will be extra charge. I bet if moes or taco bell will open near by then this place can go out of business for sure.

Terrible all the way around. The staff is unfriendly, not to mention the arrogant condescending owner. Food is average tasting at best, and the portions are tiny. The place was around before Moe’s and Chipotle entered our area. How Pancheros still manages to survive with these two far superior establishments around is shocking to me.

One of the worst mexicon place ever. Their rice is old , with no taste .Their bowls are full of big chunks of veggies And be careful while u r eating their chip, because while we were eating them we noticed something moving around in the bag and it turned out to be ants !!!!!!!!!

I got the veggie bowl and it was okay. They are definitely lacking in what the others have to offer. Their portions are less and no lettuce to offer except for the salad. Also on the veggie bowl they charge extra for quacomola while the other places dont.

Fantastic Service and Delicious Food I have been going to this restaurant for several years now and everything about the place is perfect. Great customer service and the burritos are enormous. I would recommend this to anyone hungry for good Mexican food

All the girls up in here had stank face when I came in. They were very rude and I felt like I was a person they were just trying to get through the line and it wasnt very busy. Not usually the complaining type because I used to work in food but damn.

One worker was very rude when asked for toppings for a quesada. She threw the tortilla on the grill and made the other worker do it. Almost walked out for how unprofessional and rude she was. Never going back to that place.

I love this place. The portions are huge, the food is excellent and their customer loyalty program sends them over the top. This is my go to place before going to the movies !!! Reminds me of the burrito places in Tijuana

Not the best pancheros Ive been to. Meat was not looking fresh. Queso was basically milk with some Pico in it. Id been craving some panch and there arent many locations in the region, so I was very disappointed.
