Lousy and unbelievable. We arrived, no one was waiting and we were immediately taken to a booth. While headed in that direction we noticed the salad bar had a mile long line and people were complaining. We sat down and while servers passed by more than 20 times no one acknowledged us. After 15 mins of not one serve stopping to even say I will be right back to take your drink order or anything we got up to leave. I stopped at the front where they now had a significant crowd and asked for the manager. He came over from a booth he was sitting in by the bar and when I informed him of what happened he said he would get us in the booth- which I realized meant he didnt listen to anything I said. At this point I repeated myself and he told me he was sorry but he tried to say maybe they missed us. At that point I was done and told him in front of the people waiting that I hoped he would take the time to ensure his other customers were well taken care of and walked out. I have never seen people stand around and do nothing like that before. Just ridic2.

Im giving this restaurant two stars but they are all for Devaney, she was wonderful. Unfortunately the food left something to be desired. Ordered a medium well cheeseburger, received a circular and flat piece of meat that was burnt on the outside but rare inside. The bun was soaked in juice and fell apart instantly, veggies were not fresh, and instead of using a nice piece of romaine, the cook put a handful of shredded lettuce on top...the picture in the menu was deceiving! Felt like I was at a fast food joint. The salad tasted good, but the buffet itself was messy, food everywhere, empty trays, did not look clean. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and not busy enough to justify its appearance. There was a ton of garbage outside the main entrance, very unappealing. Dinning room was ice cold. Manager needs to step it up a notch...Go elsewhere.

Ive always liked Ruby Tuesdays. It is a bit hit and miss but I find we enjoy our experience much more often then not. If you have a choice locally..go to Montage instead of Dickson city. Another note..never order a burger medium or medium well. It will most definitely come very well done and greasy. If you order medium rare you may get a medium well. You can be a bit over redundant here and have a better chance. Like telling the waiter or waitress that you want pink in the middle..this could help. But anyways, the food is good and service is fast and friendly.

we arrived at 9:27 pm the doors were locked, a customer was coming out so i went inside. The manager yelled at the girl who sat us said dont seat anyone else... the bathroom was a mess! no paper at the sink. Folks in the kitchen cussing like sailors! So we ordered burgers medium and all of our burgers came out well done... Our waiter Cliff was great! He very sorry for everything. Unfortunately it was a bad experience, due to nothing but the staff.

The waiter, a tall guy who I believe was named Chris was very helpful. He explained items on the menu when I was trying to make up my mind on what dishes I would want for my family. He was even kind enough to split a main dish for my two young kids as he thought it would be to much if they each had their own dish. Not only was he right but he saved me money as well!

This WAS one of my favorite places. Loved the salad bar before they made it bigger. No more bisquits, disappointed about that. The chicken fresco was a much larger portion. This portion was much smaller and completely dried out. The prices went up and additional charge now for the salad bar. It used to be substituted for a side. Doubt I will be back.

Typical chain restaurant, food is consistent, but wont knock you out of your seat. This one happens to have a very pleasant staff (at least at the bar.) My order got messed up online (combo of my fault and a poor website design.) The bartender was accommodating to get it fixed fast

Disappointing experience!! After 40 mins of waiting for my order, the manager and another woman (not my waitress) came over and said they were all out of ribs. I was so tuned up for ribs. I told them to substitute for steak. 20 mins goes by and they brought out the ribs...

I called in here after a long day on the road and was served by a lovely waiter named Peter who took a great interest in where I was from and what I was doing in America. A friendly face and some great tasting food was just what I needed after a day of driving alone.

Cold, bland, seemingly microwaved pasta. Vegetables were uncut and poorly cooked, most of them raw. The worst part of this is that this horrendous plate of food was the ONLY vegetarian option. Id get the salad bar if it didnt look absolutely disgusting and unclean.

I come from,New England. We stopped in on our way home.,I was surprised this place was not shut down. It was SOOOO dirty. I took,a picture of the chairs be a use you could see the grime on the top of the chairs. Base boards were gross and parts of the walls. Gross.

Changed their salad bar and only have French dressing when they dont have thousand island. So if your looking forward to the salad bar and only like French or thousand island, you have a 50 50 shot you will be getting the salad bar.

My wife and I loved our night out, especially when we had Ruby Tuesday. Our waitor, Chris, was amazing! He consistently checked on us and was very out going. This was my first time at Ruby Tuesday and it was a great experience.

The salad bar is always a hit here. Decent promos and coupons make Rubys an affordable option. Too bad the pretzel buns for the burgers and those little bread things they give you when you are seated are no longer available.

Not impressed. They have a lot of vegetarian options and healthy choice foods. Their salad bar didnt have much of the basic stuff to put on salads. The waitress we had was very friendly tho and the place was clean.

Very few menu selections for the non meat eater. Salad bar was not well kept and other patrons had children running thru the restaurant with no shoes on.
