The atmosphere was great and food was good but not as great as I would expect for the price I paid. The service was also terrible in my experience. I went during a special $5 Margarita night and ordered two of them. When my check arrived, they were listed as $10 each. When I told my waitress, she claimed that I needed to tell her I wanted the discount applied before she rang me. I can understand, I apologized and asked if she could ring it up again. She claimed she could not and picked up a rude tone with me as well. Apparently the $5 Margarita special is advertised online and it clearly lists that you must tell your server about the discount before you order. She claimed that if I had read it properly I would know this. Now I myself had waitressed for several years and am nothing but nice to those in this profession but I was truly shocked by her attitude. I politely asked for her manager at this point, who was able to change the check after he explained the same rules to me. Sure, I learned a lesson in explaining advertised discounts in advanced but I also Learned I never want to return to this restaurant again. Also, I checked the website after to look at the advertisement again. In small print it was written to tell your server of the discount, but to my defense it is far too small to notice on a smart phone unless you zoom in while the "$5 Margarita wednesday" was written big and clear to see for all.

Only 3 stars today - we have been there twice in the last few weeks, and food was GREAT, but service is terrible. Server on our first visit seemed to have a pretty snitty attitude, and it seemed like it took forever for simple requests like more water or a new drink. For our second visit we were greeted with what we know now was a server that was working her second full day, and after even writing down our orders managed to get the sides mixed up on two of the three, and then we had to wait over 10 minutes for the correct sides to show up. If you have someone waiting tables on DAY 2 maybe you should have a more experienced wait staff assist?

Absolutely fantastic. My girlfriends parents took us here as a send off before college and I couldnt have loved it more. As it was a special occasion we all ordered the steak and lobster, the steak was cooked to perfection for everyone and their different raw/cooked preferences. The sides and side salads were wonderfully prepared as were the specialty drinks. My only qualm is that our waiter (while genuinely nice) was to much of a people person, that being said the restaurant is fairly new so I would not take a star away for that. This restaurant is fantastic if you are looking for a good dinner and are willing to spend a little more.

Overpriced chain. Food is extremely average, not worth the price you pay. Went on a Wednesday, the restaurant was not very busy and the service was terrible. Our waitress was extremely rude, not very attentive seems like she was just trying to get us in an out. Never asked to refill our waters, but made sure to ask if we wanted another overpriced martini. The check came, and we were never asked before hand if we were ready for the check or if she needed to separate the check. When we informed the waitress we were all paying separately she seemed very frustrated and annoyed. Not satisfied with my visit at all.

Could not wait to try the new Bone Fish Grill in the South Hills of Pgh. We have loved Bone Fish in South Florida, and South Carolina for years. Tonight seemed like a totally different restaurant. Love ahi tuna. Tonight it was delivered cooked and sent it back and it was almost cooked. The salad was grainy the asparagus was raw, never got the wonderful bread and olive oil that we love to start with. Someone has look into this place. At 7:00 there were many empty tables. Ive never seen this at another Bone Fish. Will not got back until they learn how to make Bone Fish Dishes

Me and my fiance wenthis to celebrate my birthday, they were busy on a Tuesday night and we sat outside but the waiter ignored us the whole night so we couldnt ask for service when she kept forgetting things like utensils and water.. our apps took forever and it was almost an hour and a half waiting for our entree. The manager was nice, apologized for them messing up our night, comped our meal at $90, and sent us home with dessert, chocolates, and a bottle of wine. I would have hated the night but he was extreme nice and I would go back agsin, maybe just not on my birthday

Im still sitting at the table just waiting for this experience to be over! Thankfully our food was amazing, but our amazing food was trumped by our waitress and our 50 minute wait(which would have been fine it we were not initially told 20 minutes). Then our waitresses mouth was horrid. She got smart at every chance she had. We let her go a few times, but the third time was it. Especially since it is our friends birthday celebration. We could have went anywhere, but we picked Bonefish.... Never again.

Excellent food, fresh fish, wonderful ambiance in the dining room and a lively bar. Cocktails are crafted with care (and sometimes with flowers). Service is excellent. During one of my first visits here, I spilled a full glass of water...it shattered everywhere! Our server didnt even blink, simply re-seated us, all with a smile. Its a wonderful place for a special occasion or just an extra reason to wear *that* dress.

Bonefish Grill has one of the most fabulous atmospheres of any local restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend the bang bang shrimp (though its a big spicy for those of you that dont like spice) and the Crab Chowder Soup!! However, if looking for a place to relax at the bar with the loved one - this is not the spot. A bottle of Chateau St. Michelle Riesling will run you $50 instead of the $11 at the local supermarket.

This place is the epitome of chain restaurant trying to fine dining. Nothing is quality. Waitstaff are all kids who are nice enough but not knowledgeable. The wait can be crazy intense and Ive seen people have reservations who had to wait 15+ minutes to sit down. Overall, spend your money somewhere else unless you dig reheated food. In that case, carry on.

I am posting through my brothers account and the food was amazing. Loved the carnation martini and the thilapia fish grilled with crab meat was to die for ! Oh and the bang bang prawns were a killer starter ! Love it love it love it . I went there with a friend I met after 12 years and the ambiance was amazing the the service was great

First visit was because of location. But we will be back. Only thing better than the food was the service...pleasant enjoyable lunch! I enjoy a good meal when and when you pair ir with a great atmospher and service thats hard to find sometimes. Everything we had was fantastic!

Food is good. Service Note. When visiting here, weve repeatedly waited extended periods of time waiting for staff to take our drink order. Also, weve repeated made reservations and waited up to 30 minutes after our reservation. If you value your time, go somewhere else.
