If you find yourself with some time to spare before your train arrives, be sure to check this little coffee shop out. They have three roasts to choose from along with a selection of snacks. If youre a regular train rider, you can pay for several coffees in advance and earn free cups for doing so. This is nice because you can walk in, order your coffee, and be out the door in less than a minute. The service is excellent and, best of all, they will add free flavor to coffee on Fridays. I love this because I typically avoid sugar and use this as a treat if Ive done well with my diet during the week.

I used to (as in 3-4 years ago) make special trips over to this train station for their coffee. Then it got weak....terribly weak, as in brown and water. I now live nearby and I give it a chance every once in awhile. Normally I get half dark and half decaf, today I thought I would try all dark roast, thinking maybe that was the problem. Nope, brown and water again. The people that run the establishment are nice enough, and they have a loyal following, but if you want coffee that tastes like coffee, go to the Baltimore Tea company across the street.

I used to live in Laurel and took the Penn line from time to time if I couldnt take the Camden Line. Every so often Id stop in here and get something to drink. Maybe the third or fourth time, the woman at the counter let me pay the next time after I realized I had left my wallet at home and only had my train pass. The gesture was small when you consider it was a $2 drink, but it meant a lot to me. The staff are always incredibly friendly, and now that Ive moved to Odenton and travel from here every day, Ill be sure to stop in more often!

This place is amazing. The staff is incredibly personable and knows everyone who comes in. The coffee is often being made before the regulars even order. Also the regular and dark roasts are amazing (the regular employee swears she has a secret trick to the brew, and I dont doubt it). Also there are a growing number of custom coffee blends and drinks that are not only delicious, but creativly named. Im considering going 20 minutes out of my way just to come here regularly.
