First tip, call ahead for reservations so you can enjoy the sublime dining experience at The Fork! Once thats done, you and your party will be in for a rewarding culinary adventure! The creations are each, in their own way, perfection on a plate! We enjoyed wonderful appetizers, including deep fried scallops, duck confit, and a special calamari salad...awesome on a plate! Followed by entrees of lamb, halibut & hanger steak. Beautifully plated and exquisitely delicious! We cant wait to come back for another delicious adventure!

As lovers of good cuisine and pleasant decor from France to Italy to London to New York City to the Upper Delaware River Valley region and living across the river in New York State, we are 9 miles on a twisting road from The Fork in Shohola, PA. We have tried just about every restaurant in the 2-state region and have found some very good ones. There is none better than the service, taste and exceptional cuisine of The Fork. The two house-made salad dressings might even be a reason to dine there.

This amazing James Beard awarded establishment, owned and operated by the lovely and talented Sharon and Chef Peter Daniel, is a hidden gem far off the beaten path yet known by every local. The addition of a bar and bar menu just make it easier to want to go. Everything weve ever had has been delicious, just make sure to find an excuse to order some chicken with black beans (small dish)

Best food in this part of the Catskills. Everything prepared to perfection. Sourdough bread was excellent. Duck was very tasty as was the Brisket. Lamb shank was extraordinary.

The food (and wine) was exceptional. Best pork chop Ive eaten in my entire life. My only criticism would be it would be nice to have a few vegetarian options.

Amazing food. Great place for a memorable dining experience. From the bread to the dessert you will run out of adjectives describing the food here.
